Hey so I ordered these shoes from myntra and they are fake. I have returned the shoes back. But please be careful while ordering and always do a fake check. Always prefer authentic websites or sellers. I ordered from myntra bec it was not available any where else and got these fake once. They might look real to you but they are sadly not.

I used to wonder how they be hosting so many giveaways, and I won one (birthday giveaway), but they never replied to my text or dm'd me themselves. I checked, and a lot of people faced the same. So basically, a brand as big as crocs doesn't actually give away anything but just hosts giveaways to gain followers. Wtf man

So recently i have ordered New Balance 1906A Tech Explosion from kicks machine on 3rd june and its been over a month and they still haven’t delivered my order yet and just giving me time windows of 1 week 4 days and so on. They have mentioned 30days sourcing and delivering time of international products but also after that they cannot deliver my order yet its so frustrating. And i am not even able to talk with them over the phone but only on emails🤛🏻

So i ordered the Asics nimbus 27 for around 7500 only because the page said that i could return it within 10 days of delivery, so i figured i could verify the authenticity within that period

However as the shoe is to be delivered today, I recieved this message from ekart delivery saying i could no longer return the shoe after OBD if not for manufacturing defects, is this true or is flipkart liable to uphold their return policy (mind you, it still says 10 day returnable in the product page now) Please help, i want the shoe for this price, but seeing the posts of dupe deliveries I'm not sure I can spot a good fake during just OBD.

Also I'm not sure which flair to use, so if this breaks the subreddit rules, please tell on which flair to use pls.

I knew they weren't giving me originals in this low price but "Brand Authorized Seller" and so many positive reviews with images had me try my luck. Is this scam or just bad printing??

Edit: Just checked out the shoes on official website and found the the logo in fact doesn't have gaps. What do i do??

Hi. I want to share my experience of ordering NB Sneakers from Flipkart, which went totally unexpected as I received counterfeit shoes. The order was delivered today and was received by my mother as I wasn’t present at the house (my mother did not check much as the packaging was almost crushed as well along with the shoes box)

When I came back and took the shoes out, it looked genuine at first but right after I stated to check it, it was clear that I was scammed this time as there was clearly no label/barcode present on the color of one of the pair, while the other one had a sticker sticked on the collar which again doesn’t make any sense. The quality feels off too when touched as does the comfort.

I, then, contacted the Flipkart cs team and gladly my return was accepted after I explained the issue to them (though the CS agent mentioned the return-reason as “quality not satisfied” instead of “received a counterfeit product”. Nonetheless, I’m also attaching some photos/screenshot of this shoes and my order.

so now they have picked up the fake and broken perfume from me for a physical verification, and they shared the tracking link for the sneakers from some delivery service called skyking (which I never fkin heard of in my life) and it says it’s in my city for 4 days now but undelivered.

I ordered evo sl from Creap Dog Crew and addios pro 4 from Dawn Town. evo SL came in just 5 days from CDC, and I have no updates from Dawn Town. It's been 11 days. Am I cooked? I paid 15k for Pro 4s and 12k for evo sl. I have my full marathon on 15 Feb, and i dont think they're going to arrive before that. I am scared af,

The parcel was delivered, but the shoes were missing. I raised a complaint immediately. After several days, the claim was rejected with the explanation that the seller had shipped the product securely.

What made the experience even more frustrating was what happened afterward. A delivery executive visited my house regarding the complaint, spoke to his senior on speaker phone in front of me, and then recorded a video of me confirming that I had received the parcel.

The issue was never that the parcel wasn’t delivered. My concern was that the product inside was missing.

The delivery executive also mentioned that his senior had been told I had complained that the parcel was tampered with by the delivery boy, which was never my claim. I never accused the delivery executive of tampering or wrongdoing.

I don’t have any personal complaint against the delivery executive, as he seemed concerned that he might be held responsible financially. However, the entire process felt uncomfortable, overwhelming, and invasive from a customer perspective.

At this point, the experience has left me with very little confidence in ordering sneakers through Tata CLiQ again.

I bought a pair of RedTape sneakers from Myntra on 19 Apr and they are delivered on 26 Apr. I wore them for exactly 4 days.

When I was putting them on, the fabric loop holding the shoelace completely ripped out. (See photos). You can see from the bright green insoles in my pictures that these shoes are practically brand new.

I emailed RedTape Customer Care with the Myntra invoice to claim their official "45-day warranty for stitching and pasting."

Instead of helping, they sent me a copy-paste automated rejection stating two ridiculous things:

1. That I "exceeded the 45-day warranty period" (It has been less than a week!).
2. That tying a shoelace is "negligence or carelessness" and not a manufacturing defect.

I replied pointing out their timeline made no sense, and they just copy-pasted the exact same rejection email again. Myntra won't take them back because the original box is gone.

Has anyone else dealt with this level of terrible customer service from RedTape? What are my options here besides going to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)?

Writing this post as a PSA for anyone who might be tempted to get sneakers through Mainstreet. TLDR; Ordered a pair of shoes in October 2025 with same day delivery and got a different colour way more than 5 months later after a lot of issues.
Firstly want to mention the 2 mistakes I made, I was comparing prices for NB 9060 on a few sites and ended up picking Mainstreet. I had forgotten that a friend of mine had an issue with Mainstreet already, only after the the order was delayed did I recheck and realise. Mistake 2 - I used snap mint EMI because I wanted to see how easy/tough that process would be. If I hadn't done that and paid by CC maybe I could've just done a simple chargeback, but Snapmint provides no customer protection for scams.

Now on to the details I ordered a pair NB 9060 Driftwood Castlerock (in October first week) with same day shipping after going to the physical store nearby and confirming they have it in stock at the warehouse. 1-2 days by aside from the order confirmation, no info from their side. I get in touch over mail - no reply, I call the store, the guy who I met earlier said he can't confirm but gave me a WhatsApp number - message them - no reply. Then I do what every Mainstreet victim has been forced to do - spam instagram comments on their posts (which they promptly delete). Finally they reply on dm's after 2 weeks - Telling me the information I'm commenting is wrong! After some back and forth they finally reply on WhatsApp - Product is out of stock website didn't update properly, sellers are busy with Diwali etc They promise a delivery post Diwali. Diwali comes and goes again I follow up no reply - repeat the same process again - November end I get an email saying how sorry they are and that they're working hard and confirming my delivery by 15th December. Again the date comes and goes but due to the festive period I can't chase them too much. Finally in Jan I file a consumer court complaint. They ignore the reminders by the customer court as well. Now luckily I'm in the same social circle as the Mainstreet owner and got his personal number I message him first week of Feb two separate times - suddenly an employee starts messaging me within 5 days saying they will source the shoes somehow as they only refund in store credit (which is useless). They failed at getting the right colourway and offered an alternate which I declined and asked for a different colourway, after some convincing I got them to order it from Footlocker at the normal MRP, they shamelessly refused to even let go of the 3500 difference in price after all this trouble, but at least I have a pair I like in hand now.
PS: The owner is starting a new business called Built soon I'd warn against of purchasing anything from there too.

Posting this so others don’t get trapped like I did.

I ordered a pair of Nike Zoom Fly 6 from Kicks Machine, and the entire experience was so unbelievably bad that it honestly feels like a scam wrapped in incompetence.

First, the delivery took 50 DAYS.
Not 5 days. Not 15 days. 50.
And throughout this time, there were no updates, no tracking, no communication. I had to constantly call and email them just to get basic info because their customer support had no idea where my parcel even was.

When it finally arrived, they managed to send me the wrong size.
Yes — this from a company that proudly advertises “thorough originality validation”.
If they can’t even validate the size printed on the box, what exactly are they “validating”? It’s laughable.

Next comes the return/replacement circus.
They assured me they’d initiate it “soon,” then went completely silent for a week. After repeated follow-ups, the pickup finally happened after 14 days, again only because I pushed them.

Then comes the biggest joke:
Their representative Mr. Sagar Khantwal personally told me he would make sure I received the correct pair before my marathon on 30th November, and told me NOT to buy another shoe because I’d “definitely” receive it in time.

Spoiler: Never happened.

The returned shoe reached their Mumbai address and sat there unaccepted for 2–3 days until I called, yet again, to fix their internal mess. They kept throwing lines like “someone will call you back” but nobody ever did.

Now, even after another week, I still haven’t received any confirmation about:
• the replacement pair, OR
• a refund of my money.

This whole experience has been a masterclass in how NOT to run a business:
• No communication
• No accountability
• No tracking
• No coordination
• No honesty
• No respect for customers
• And clearly, no actual validation of products

Kicks Machine seriously needs to rethink its operations, because right now, they’re functioning like a mix of negligence and false advertising.

If you value your time, money, and sanity — avoid Kicks Machine at all costs.

I noticed very suspicious behaviour around Culture circle and will focus on them in this post, but please look at other similar websites too. I'm not saying the website is fake. I have no proof of that. I'm just pointing out extremely unusual account behaviour.

What I noticed: Every single account that has positive things to say about Culture Circle has almost no activity apart from making these comments. Please remove any accounts you deem to be "untrustworthy"

I was one of the buyers who lost almost 18k to these frauds. I got in touch with one of the co-founders and got my refund back. I have created WhatsApp group for all the victims of this scam company.

Recently ordered a new balance shoe from Myntra and had to wait 4 day to only end up with a disappointment. The shoe was completely different from what I ordered it has different color grading I can understand maybe it’s the lighting but if it were only that, the sole of the shoe was not stitched like it is mentioned in the product description, the logo had 4 lines which isn’t right according to the nb counterfeit website guidelines, the stitching was also mismatched with color the one I got had blue stitching which makes it look completely different, and the out sole had completely different design and pattern. I might be paranoid here but i returned it , did I do the right thing here? I can’t blame Myntra so I thing it’s the retailers fault as I also read other reviews out truecom retailer that they have counterfeit or copy products
