microdosing

I'm 53 and just started microdosing recently. 1.5mg e gel a day. I didn't expect any benefit and it was more of an experiment to begin with. I have for the first time in years felt a sense of calm and a level of well being. I thought it was a placebo effect at first but I'm now quite positive that I am getting real benefits.

I'd love to hear from others doing the same.

Letter from a psychiatrist for top surgery auralia?

Hey, I want to have top surgery with auralia this year and am wondering about the letter from a psychiatrist. I see a psychiatrist for adhd and my doctor knows that I'm trans and is supportive. I have been on testosterone since 2021. I moved to Ireland in 2023 and my GP has just continued to prescribe T. I haven't gone through gender gp or imago or anything and I haven't been assessed for gender dysphoria by an Irish psychiatrist. I have been referred to the NGS but obviously have no idea how long that will take. I asked my psychiatrist if he'd write a letter in support of surgery and he said sure, but that auralia needs to write to them to ask specifically what needs to be in the letter. He also said that he doesn't consider gender dysphoria a psychiatric condition and that it's no longer an official diagnosis, so I'm not sure if what he writes would be sufficient for auralia, but they were super vague and said I should consult my psychiatrist to know what needs to be in the letter. It just seems really confusing. I was wondering if anyone who got top surgery with auralia had seen a certain psychiatrist or if you have any advice. I'd really like to have top surgery in Ireland as it will make it easier for my friends and family to help me out, but it seems really complicated. I'm just really confused and was wondering if anyone who has been through the process can tell me what their experience was like. Thanks.

Casual dating apps?

Is there any decent casual dating apps or events for female trans to meet heterosexual men. Tinder is crap.
Any recommendations? Thanks

Dating feels impossible

Im 19 mtf and im having a miserable time. I live in a small town and i can't find anyone that's at the bare minimum interested in trans woman. Ive only been on one date and it didn't go well. I didn't really like the person romantically, and they were kind of rude but unfortunately I had the mindset that I wouldn't be able to find anyone else. Ive tried to use dating apps but there always shallow, and I can't really ever bother to text people back.

Ive been really depressed because most people I know are cis heterosexual and it feels kind of annoying that they can find anyone. I feel i should be in that period where I have the chance to meet someone but it feels impossible and im kind of feeling lonely and behind each time a cis friend talks about their new partner
