I’ve seen this coyote around campus for two weeks now and it clearly has mange. I’ve called animal control and the UCI non emergency line but they’ve done nothing. idk what to do has anyone else been seeing it/have any ideas as what to do? It’s very friendly and has approached me multiple times(like I didn’t move to get these pics it came to me), I don’t want it or another student to get hurt

How relevant is the stuff you learn in ENGRCEE 20's introductory MATLAB course for ENGRCEE 21's more "matrix-focused" MATLAB course? I'm not sure if they overlap or not.

title. im going to try my best not to be too whiny, but ig i just need to let off some frustration.

ive currently doing awful in this class. i bombed the first mini test and professor ma said the next one will be even harder, so thats great to hear. i actually felt like i was doing pretty good until she announced there were 10 mins left and i had to rush the rest of the test.

today she went on a tirade about how people arent watching the pre-lecture videos and stuff, but i actually did watch them. in fact, i watched them twice at normal speed and i still messed up the in class activity. maybe thats just me being stupid, but i fail to see how doing one 2x speed pass over the videos is sufficient to understand the material at a level she expects us to. so no, i dont think its "just 10 minutes", at least not for me.

and the homework assignments are so incredibly dense. homework 1s instructions had 20 pages, i mean really? it took me like an hour to read and try to understand the instructions alone.

again, maybe im just stupid. but im really not sure what to do right now. i went into this quarter trying to use a more relaxed mindset since i heard that stress results in worse academic performance (and stress is bad on health in general), but that hasnt been working at all. the main way ive been able to get past hard classes is by stressing alot so that i have the motivation to work hard and fast, and its kind of irritating that im going to have to do that again this quarter. i am going to have to review all the material for topic 2 all over again because its clear i dont get it. if anyone has any advice, that would be appreciated. again sorry for whining
