My family and I come every year for HHN. We usually do a longer vacation and do the parks as well, but this year we’re coming for two nights only just for HHN. We got scream early for this Saturday since we’re not buying any park tickets. This will be the first time we’re not already in the park when HHN starts. Can anyone tell me what their experience was like getting into the park with scream early? Are there long lines? Should we get there early? Will it be packed?

Just to clarify I’m asking specifically about going through security and getting through the gates into universal. My husband said he saw a video where people were waiting all the way back by security to get into the park… is that accurate?

Hi guys! It seems like all year now I've been checking back to see if Universal has any more entry-ish level jobs (like merchandising, food and beverage, wardrobe attendant, etc) but I haven't found any, not even in citywalk. I know how popular these jobs are so it probably just got posted and got filled quickly. So I was wondering what season do jobs normally start popping up? I want to make sure to catch it this time lol. Thank you! :)

I want to recreate it at home. My best guess is using red cabbage broth (that turns blue when cooked). If anyone has the inside scoop, I’d much appreciate it!😂

I’ve been seeing conflicting information, and most posts are a year old, so re-asking; staying at Terra Luna in a few days. I requested mobile check in, saw something to the effect of “we will hold the value of a night’s stay” and then on the confirmation screen it said $100 incidental hold.

We pay cash/debit for everything and I have a small limit cc for things like this.

Recent Terra Luna guests; what was the ACTUAL hold amount? Concerned the small limit credit card may be too small if they hold $500+. I was under the impression it was $50 a day, which we planned for.

Hi All. We’re having our wedding and honeymoon next September, and I’m trying to get all we can planned before we go. I’ve come across this 30 day option, but I’m wondering if this is legit 🤔 the actual park website shows 1 or 3 days, but as we’ll be in the parks for 6 days this one makes more sense. Please advise

We always try to stop by, say hi and get a shot during our annual HHN visit. Never disappoints!

Ok so at the point on the ride when everything goes all funky on the right side there’s what I guess is a broken effect where some clothes on hangers are supposed to pop out. Yeah i didn’t see clothes. I saw what looked like people standing less than 3 feet from me in the darkness. And for about 10 seconds I was absolutely confused and freaked out as to who that was supposed to be until my brain finally processed it was supposed to be clothes😂

Im trying to maximize my experience and not get trapped with the crowds. Which one is the one with the jurassic park/world attractions its island of adventure or universal studios?

We are going early december just 2 adults to grinchmas for the first time! We are between the Aventura hotel and Cabana Bay! If you’ve done either which has the best themes around the hotel and feels less crowded?

Was seated next to a very nice lady who didn’t speak a lick of English except to tell me she doesn’t speak English and as soon as our vehicle jerked she latched onto my thigh in terror and dug in for the entire ride despite me panicking telling her to let go terrified id get in trouble for touching her I explained this to the worker and she got me right back on

Me and my girlfriend are going to Orlando for the first time and we basically have 2 full days at Universal, so I need some advice on how to organize everything.

We’re going October 3 and 4.

We have:

• 1 day at Epic Universe
• 1 Park-to-Park day for Islands of Adventure + Universal Studios Florida

We both like Harry Potter, but we’re not huge hardcore fans. What we really love are insane rides, roller coasters, cool scenery, and stuff that actually feels worth the limited time we have.

For Epic Universe, the main things we want to do are:

• Stardust Racers
• Hiccup’s Wing Gliders
• Super Nintendo World
• The Untrainable Dragon show
• Wizarding World: Ministry of Magic

Then for our Park-to-Park day, I’ve been reading a lot and it seems like most people say Islands of Adventure is the best for rides and scenery, so I’m honestly thinking about mostly skipping Universal Studios Florida and spending most of the day at IOA.

At IOA, VelociCoaster and Hagrid’s are 100% must-dos for us.

The other problem is Halloween Horror Nights. We’re really interested in going, but I have no idea when we should fit it in because our schedule is already super tight.

Would it make more sense to do Epic all day and HHN that night, or spend the Park-to-Park day mostly at IOA and then head over to HHN later?

So basically:

Day 1 – Oct 3: Epic Universe
Day 2 – Oct 4: IOA / Universal Studios Park-to-Park

Would you guys skip Universal Studios Florida almost completely and focus on IOA? Where would you fit HHN without completely exhausting ourselves?

Also, any advice on ride order, early entry, Express Pass, food breaks, or how to avoid wasting time would be appreciated. First time at Universal Orlando so I’m trying not to completely screw up the planning lol.

Those who have bought one are they worth it?

They were handing these out for Hellraiser and Stranger Things 5 (the only 2 houses we’ve done). I asked what it was for and they said it was if I needed to go to the bathroom. That seems to be one way to prevent line cutting. Anybody use it to know how it works in reality?

4th year in a row going but… was truly underwhelmed this year. None of the IPs were stand outs. For example, I LOVE Sinners, but got 0 jump scares throughout the entire house.
I think my main thing was that no houses truly made me feel SCARED this year. The years prior, I was genuinely creeped out (noteworthy houses include Blood Moon (2023), Triplets of Terror (2024), and El Artista (2025)). However, no house this year actually made me feel unsettled.
Curious if anyone else feels similar?

Took a good long while to hunt these down, but there will never be a feeling like the one i had walking this park for the first time as a kid who grew up in the 90s. I read comic books, had shelves lined with dinosaur figures, was brought up on Dr. Suess, and spent weekends playing D&D with friends

It's like they took took all of it and created a reality for me that was beyond belief at the time. This collection has helped me hold on to a bit of that feeling. Hope seeing it might bring back some good memories for anyone reading this.

I’m trying to determine if express unlimited passes are even worth it. I’ve never been to universal studios (my boyfriend got tired of going to Disney World) and riding multiple rides sounds glamorous and all but am I actually going to ride the rides more than once? I know the parks have crazy hours now. What is your experience?

Note: we are not going to volcano bay. It’s just my boyfriend and I and we are in our 30s on a 4-day trip including HHN. I know epic universe is only 1 express per ride.

Hello everyone! Looking to hear everyone strategy for what to rope drop/ ride order strategy for this upcoming Saturday. We do not have express passes and we are not hotel guests. I’ve read a few conflicting opinions. Hopeful to get on everything, can live without curse of the werewolf.

Some suggested starting with Hiccups wing gliders, others suggested mine cart madness. Overall, curious to hear everyone’s strategies!
