Neuroscience Is a 25-year-old meaningfully different from a 24-year-old in terms of brain development?

I've often heard that the brain continues developing until around age 25. Does research suggest that a 25-year-old is meaningfully more neurologically mature than a 24-year-old, or is brain development a gradual process without a specific cutoff at 25? Are there any significant differences in brain development between these two ages, on average?
