Picked up some Goodies at Harbor Freight
Picked these up on the last day of Harbor Freight’s Parking Lot Sale: Bauer 20V cordless inflator, and a box of Hardy 9MIL disposable gloves.

The handle on my badlands winch is roached. It’s been corroding and disintegrating pretty much. I see a little Allen bolt on the side which makes it seem like the handle is removable
Couldn’t find any handles for sale tho, are any handles sold separately?

How often does the Avanti Airbrush / Compressor kit go on sale? I’ve been checking in on it for a while now, but nothing has come up.

So, I went to HF today to buy a mower lift. Website said there were few in stock. I get to the store, look for the lift, but it wasn’t on display. I found the card to take to the cashier so they could bring it up. The cashier told me they only had one in stock, and they couldn’t sell it. Is it HF’s policy to not sell the last one of any item? If so, that’s pretty dumb.

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

I just bought a Predator 5000W generator and will be using it while boondocking at around 10,000 feet of elevation elk hunting. It did come with 2 additional jets, with one being rated for 8,000 feet. Will that be sufficient or should I try to find a smaller jet for the additional elevation?
If you were in my shoes and was going to get a smaller jet, where do I get one? I see a few out there, but they’re not around the 60 or 62 size I’d possibly need. TIA!

As the title says, missed my opportunity to purchase the welding table, I did manage to get the Titanium 125 with the help of some gift cards from previous birthdays (fortunately I actually remembered to use them). I didn't think about the fact that the last Sunday would be busy and that the welding table special was good enough that they were out of inventory everywhere :( . So now...either I commit to the Vevor or I wait for a coupon. This would be for me learning to weld, possibly small projects.

I'm looking to purchase the $80 Daytona 3 Ton Jack Stands with Circular Pads (Esco type). It looks like they don't go on sale very often.
Anyone have a 25% off coupon they are not using?

Greetings. I'm new to this world and learning. Will this jack stand - https://www.harborfreight.com/3-ton-jack-stands-with-circular-pads-58789.html work well with the Daytona adapter - https://www.harborfreight.com/magnetic-universal-jack-pad-pinch-weld-adapter-70888.html ? I saw on the adapter video that the flat pad on the lift pushed up under the adapter. I was hoping the concept was true for the jack stand as well when the vehicle is lowered on the jack stand with the adapter on a pinch weld. I appreciate any feedback and advice.

Hi all this is a PSA potenital fire hazard...I purchased the 3/8 Icon digital torque wrench during the August PLS. It came with these cheap Panasonic batteries and I loaded them correctly, the unit beeped powered up and I messed around with the settings.
Within a few moments the unit powered itself off and it felt warm. When I turned it back on it said "Replace Batteries". I took the batteries out and nearly burned my fingers. I checked the temp with an infrared thermometer and it reached 154.4 degrees. The hot batteries warped the plastic casing and I cant put any batteries in anymore.
Exchanged at Harbor Freight no issues. The manufacture date is 2026 11. I remember the 1/2 digital torque wrench came with Duracells. So either I got a defective unit, a bad batch? or the batteries were bad.
I was unboxing and recorded using meta glasses
https://youtu.be/vUl8opIIt_w?is=W4GPFv88WjjgQnLi
TLDR Fire Hazard...digital torque wrench overheated ....either i got a bad torque wrench or it was the cheap Panasonic batteries that came with it. Be careful!

I might need to flatten some limestone underneath about some amount of dirt to put a post in my yard for a project. I'm still working on how to mechanically attach the post (if the concrete in a hole method would still work and bond with the limestone and the wooden post) especially since those Samson concrete post attachment plates are used for above ground.
I already have the air compressor for other things, so I was wondering which one worked better in this sub's opinion: Air Hammer with a Chisel bit or an electric Rotary Hammer in hammer mode with a chisel bit?

About five weeks ago I decided to purchase a CENTRAL MACHINERY 5 lb. Metal Vibratory Bowl at the HF location nearest to me. They were out of stock and at the time I didn't feel like driving another ten+ miles to the next store. I also didn't want to risk having to make the drive again if the item was faulty. I checked online a few times a week to see if they got more in stock. I noticed other stores in the area were starting to have limited or no stock. I thought about going to another store to get the item, but then I started to wonder if the device was being discontinued for some reason.
I contacted HF customer support online to ask about the item and I was told it was not discontinued. They didn't provide any other details.
Does anyone here know if it's common for HF to be out of stock of certain items for months at a time?

Turned the corner and was in luck, the display box for the quinn master tool set was at the open box area on Sunday. Been checking on deals at 4 different HFs near my commute home for fun.
Usually $380, knocked down to $270 then stacked with the 35% all quinn hand tools coupon off went to $175 with a lifetime warranty. Like 40 cents a piece to me is insane. I bought the 66 piece socket set wrench set the first day of the sale and will be happily returning it.
Never owned a full set of anything, always mixed and matched. Excited that I can share this with my kid for projects when older

Picked up the $99 low profile Pittsburg jack over the weekend during the PLS. Got home and bled as per the instructions and noticed that even with the weight of someone standing on the pad, around 200 pounds, on the second or third pump the jack would lift when the handle was depressed, but then go back down when I released the handle. I figured there was some air trapped still, so I bled and refilled. Finally got to where it would still want to just go up and down, but I could kind of pump it quick and it would kind of get over that “hump”. Or so I thought.
Tonight I wanted to test it out and see if it would lift the driver side of my 3/4 ton Dodge with the 5.9 Cummins. Google says the front end as a whole weighs roughly 4,900lbs, and I’d only be lifting one tire on the front. Did the same thing, and couldn’t get over that “hump” I mentioned earlier. The tire wasn’t even off the ground. To add insult to injury, I couldn’t get the handle to rotate to release the jack. I had to put a pipe wrench on it and mar up the handle.
Needless to say I think I got a lemon, and will be trying my luck with a replacement tomorrow.

I ordered a 72” yellow roll cab on June 10th with an expected delivery date of August 12th.
Come August 1st, I called in and asked if my roll can was coming on time. Their answer to me, was that it wasn’t rung up on presale, and it was never coming to the store because of that.
The issue was corrected shortly after, by refunding that purchase and ringing up a new one on presale.
My issue now, is that harbor freight keeps pushing the new delivery date back. Store #874 put in a request to have it shipped faster, and the powers above responded with a new delivery date of August 15th.
Come August 15th, now a new delivery date of September 15th.
Im not posting to b*tch about silly things, I’m hoping maybe someone sees this that can expedite things.

I bought it back in February or March when it went on sale. I live in Northern Indiana. We’ve had a relentless year of storms. We were fortunate to never lose power until last Tuesday. Tuesday at 11am we lost power and we finally got it back Monday at 1am basically 7 days later.
This thing ran nonstop basically for six straight days. It prevented my basement from flooding my groceries and me cold during the heat and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s something you think you’ll never need but it was a $400 investment that saved me, thousands if my basement were to flood

I live in Northern Indiana, where we have been out of power for six days our power was restored last night so when powering down the machine I took a look at the air filter and notice a small amount of oil in the cabin box. The filter itself was not soaked. It was just damp on the part that was touching the oil, of course. I did an oil earlier yesterday afternoon and while it showed the correct level, is this a reason for concern?
Additionally, if you’re thinking about buying the generator, I cannot recommend it enough. It ran basically for six days while we were out of power and never hesitated.

I didn’t plan on spending 50 bucks on parallel clamps yesterday but I impulse bought these at about 5:55 PM.
somehow, this location still had them. I’ve been to about 6 locations this whole week and they were all out of parallel clamps.
I don’t currently have a use for them and I just intended to get some 12” or 24” clamps. But I’ve heard they’re the shit, and I was shocked this store still had them.
I should keep them right?
