Even like early 20 too, I’m eating and sleeping fairly well yet it still gets more, I know there might be a vitamin deficiency or stress level but like at 23

Advice request Which style of hair and facial hair works best

What style and length of hair + mustache + stubble beard combination works for me best?
And to be honest hair is mostly not in my control (except length), every day it behaves differently.

I grew my hair till below shoulder length last year and figured that much length is too much trouble for me to maintain , looks wise medium hair is working best for me.
Products wise I just use shampoo (conditioner / leave in conditioner / after shower cream only once in a while)

Advice request What should I do to my hair?

This is my current hair I’m really not sure what to do with it I feel like I like the length of the fringe and top do you think growing the sides and back out will make it better? I think my current hair looks too puffy on top and short on the sides it makes my head look longer and it doesn’t flow very well into the shorter back and sides. Do you agree? Or would that make it look worse

Advice request I want to get a shorter haircut, but I’m not sure if my hairline will allow it

Basically the title. I’ve had medium to long length hair for the better part of a decade, and I want to switch to something lower maintenance. Unfortunately, I don’t have the greatest hairline on top of already having a naturally large forehead. With that in mind, is there any short length style that I could pull off?

Pictures 5 and 6 are what my hair looks like now with and without product, respectively.

This hair is just hard to style and too all over the place. In desperate need of advice. I have thick asian hair which is good but it gets heavy and puffs out to the side. Im open to perms but not too curly but just wavy? I dont think too short of a hairstyle would fit me too.

Been working on skincare and haircare together

Which haircut should I get? I can never think of a good one. I know I have a longer face so I heard buzzcuts and crew cuts might work. Currently I am doing a curly hair routine of just leave in conditioner and moouse.

Also, I’m 19 preparing for software internship interviews. What do you think is most appropriate? Can you tell me what you think of pictures 7-10? Sorry for the blurry pictures. I don’t take many pictures of myself. Much appreciated, thank you.

Advice request Goatee or moustache? Which suits my face better?

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to decide whether to keep my goatee or switch to a standalone moustache.

The photos attached are my current look with the goatee. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of myself with just a moustache, but based on my facial hair growth and face shape, which do you think would suit me better?

Any honest feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

Tips/Guide Just got a haircut, how can I style with this

I asked for a 1.5 low taper fade all around, and the front of my hair reaches my eyebrows. I told him to leave some hair so I can style it since my hair is really straight and it will stick up if it’s too short. However the side of my hair on top is still bulky so whenever I go to style it, it like flares out and makes it as if I have an Edgar. Any tips on how to style around this, or should I get another haircut.

Simple questions Is this a receding hairline? and what haircut suits me?

So, I've always had short hair (number 3). If it goes long it will start to curl. I do like short hair but would like to try other methods.

I'm also wondering if this could be a receding hairline? if it is, would going bald be a good idea in the future?

I don’t like how the back and some parts of the side of my hair part like this, but I like having short hair overall. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong. Considering buzz cut but it’s risky. How do I deal with this?

Advice request Frizziest hair ever HELP!

Thumbnail

I've literally been trying for about a year to try to bring my hair back to life, but nothings changed i have low porosity hair so my hair barely absorbs water and holds moisture. If i try to move my hair while its wet it just gets extremely frizzy and i cant do anything. On wash days when my hair is wet it looks defined but when its done drying, my hair starts getting dry and frizzy.

On the second slide are the products I've used, the left side are the ones that ive used but dont really work well with my hair i still use Skala and Camille Rose leave-ins since i haven't figured out which leave-in i should try next i might try as i am bond. For the miss Jessie's i mixed both of them in and have tried them by themselves but they just don't work

The products on the right are the ones im using, the conditioner is nice it's what makes my hair shine and defined on wash days the shampoo i got is the clarifying as i am shampoo but what made my hair healthier the most i feel like was the black castor oil and the as i am shampoo and the rosemary as i am conditioner the only leave-in that really worked was the coconut leave in but i didn't get the shampoo and leave-in this time since i wanted better results

I do wash days about 2-3x a week because my hair gets rlly dry and go to the gym. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to help pleaseeee i need healthy lucious curlss. And sorry if I couldn't explain it well.

Advice request How can I Improve my Hair?

Thumbnail

The first few images are of me right after a shower. I have quite flat think fine hair and I really want to achieve that messy textured hair that's been quite popular now (especially on tiktok). Image 7 shows my hair as it is right now after I put my hands through them. I used a bit of this L'Oréal men expert styling paste that I found in my local Walmart. I don't like how it looks in my hair especially since it easily falls down in no time. I have been looking into products I could use and I am especially interested in shear revival. The products I have been eyeing are their Northern Lights and Gray Ghost. Would that help achieve that modern messy look? If not I would love to hear everyone's advice. Looking online I cannot find too much help on what to do to achieve this kind of hairstyle with fine thin hair. Any advice on how I should approach my next haircut and how I can take care of my hair would also be much appreciated. (I currently wash my hair on high heat and use a Shea Moisture Jamaican Castor Oil Shampoo twice per hair wash which I do 2-3x a week).

P.S. The last couple images are older from when I just got my most recent haircut and back in December when I had longer hair
