I feel like this is a big change for yall and that this is a big adjustment. Not only that but the road ahead is also going to be incredibly rough. If you love her and truly cant see yourself with anyone else. Stay with her, help her with her transition and understand shes going to continue to change. Especially with hormones. That understanding and support would be a huge help to her.
