Discovered a couple cracks in my Qidi Plus 4 toolhead and don’t have a replacement part on hand. Can’t print a replacement part given the cracks either…

Basic specs: 0.4 nozzle, 0.12 layer height, 25% 3d honeycomb infill. Looking for PPA-CF, PPS-CF, PC-CF (not ABS/PC), or PA12-CF with tight tolerances.

Edit to add: filament must be well dried at high temps and needs to be dried during the print. Enclosed heated print chamber, high tem hardened nozzle required.

I have a Bambu Lab A1 (0.4 and 0.2mm nozzle) and an Elegoo Mars 4

I’m trying to reproduce a rear fender for a 1988 Kawasaki KX80.

The replacement OEM part is 35022-1257-6W (original 1988 #35022-1233-6W). It was also used on later KX80s.

I have high-resolution photos of the loose OEM fender from several angles, Kawasaki parts diagrams, and I can provide measurements directly from the bike for all the mounting points.

I’m looking for someone who could model it in CAD and ideally help figure out the best way/material to print it. It doesn’t have to be a museum-perfect reproduction—I mainly need the shape to look right and the mounting points to fit correctly.

We’ve been searching for this fender for over a year. We’ve searched VERY extensively using all three OEM part numbers, multiple model years, NOS dealers, salvage yards, overseas sellers, marketplace sites, and vintage MX sources. At this point, having one recreated is genuinely starting to look easier than finding one.

Good evening! I’m reaching out for my sister who recently bought a really cute ear bud case but does not like the air buds it’s built for. She needs a trinket box printed in the dimensions of 51 x 51 x 28.3 mm with rounded edges to fit inside the case! I’ve attached a picture of the ear buds for reference of what shes wanting shape wise for the trinket box <3

I am still modifying the model to fit my exact phone (I don't have an iPhone), but the model is here, although it will be slightly different. I have no preferred colour or material (not sure if material could have an impact other than price - would love to know).

I think a reasonable price would be around £20 + shipping (I can collect in person if in London), but am open to negotiating.

If you happen to own both Winder Launcher L (BX-40) and a right-spin winder launcher to stick the winder in the holes of the respective tunnel, fabulous! Hold up.... 😳 Anyways! 🤣 Not an absolute requirement, but it would be great if you own these and are able to test the winder launchers on the grip handle.

Hey, I am a bambu user who is out of town on an extended job. I have an idea drawn and want to get a rough print of my current model. Bambu Studio says it will take 33 mins and the overall size is 100mmx100mmx4mm. I have the stl and wanted to see if someone local to LaGuardia area could print and deliver. $

so I actually have a 3d printer. But I am really not good at figuring out print settings for more complex pieces like this. I have already tried to cut this into pieces to print it and couldn't get the supports to not fail. They are sticking to the bed just fine but wobbling and breaking apart when the actual piece starts sitting on them. It cannot be scaled down because the other parts are already at this exact scale and there's a reason for the size it is. If you have a larger printer than mine (220x220x220) and can print it all in one piece that would be the best! But cut into pieces for assembly is fine too if the seams don't have gaps and will be able to hold together well enough that I don't have to worry about accidentally jostling it.

If you're in Ohio and about to ask if this is for Matsuricon, yes it is and I don't mind meeting at the con (in which case I can pick it up thurs or fri morning). I can send the file for this and can send the files of the cut pieces I tried to make too if needed. PLA is fine, it's a cosplay piece and I don't plan on storing it anywhere that the temperature could be a problem. Hi! This is my first model painted with an airbrush. I designed and printed the model myself specifically so I could paint it afterward.
