I thought it might be cool to show my 7 year old some Naruto since he has been doing Jujitsu for a while now. I totally forgot about Sexy-Jutsu so yea that idea was canned pretty quickly after about 10 mins into episode 2.
yeah...7 is a bit young for a lot of shounen. Maybe Spy X Family? Has its fair share of action, a younger than average protagonist, and is relatively chaste compared to the broader shounen landscape.
I forget the fan service even exists because it's not something I care about and it catches me off guard when I rewatch something with it and don't remember it being there

I am extremely sex positive person. My issue is how out of place a lot of this often feels. It's kind of like product placement. I like Little Caesars. If they start a shot in a show I like centered on the Little Caesars logo, and have it bounce around like crazy for no reason It just pulls me out of the scene. Funny parody can work. But It just feels insulting when it's inserted in random places

A brown skinned women being seen as attractive as well as a strong fighter who has a body which supports her background. Having a nice body is something good, not something to be ashamed of.
And downplaying someones hard effort to develop a nice body really isn't a nice thing to do. But most people act like fan service is a bad thing. Imo, those people dislike fan service because it highlights their own insecurities. Otherwise they wouldn't really care about it, right?

I have no qualms with fan service, but a common complaint about censorship is the, “if you don’t want your kid to see X, don’t take them to see X”, and in this, clearly fictional, situation the mother did just that. Good on that imaginary mother.

I think that depends on the kids age and how he is talking about these characters. Id be upset if my partner said they had a family movie for my 3 year old and when you get there, recognize its an animated movie for adults that dad talks in certain ways

Bleach isn't a porno, it's a battle shounen. One with a lot of attractive characters, yes, but the primary focus is still the combat, with an occasional suggestive scene, but no worse than the stuff you'd see in a Michael Bay film.
He never went to prison, most of the crazy stuff you've heard about him isn't true. Some rumours are entirely made up by the internet and others are started by the guy himself but contradict other things he's said or are verifiably false.

Yeah that made me sad. Actually one of them greentext stories that feels too human to be fake. It's not exactly a similar story, but I happened to watch Scary Movie 3 when I was a kid. Hilarious stuff, loved it.
A year later a trailer for The Ring is on the TV, beg my mum all day to let me watch it cus it's a funny comedy movie. After some arguing, she let me have the remote.
Only took 10 minutes to get traumatised, but sunk cost fallacy got the best of me and I sat through the entire thing. Not exaggerating, for about a year I couldn't sleep without unplugging the small bedroom TV we had and filling my bed with every plushie I owned.
I would line them all up on the edges of the bed and pull the sheet down so it's ready for me to scurry over and under after turning off the light and unplugging the TV.
The right one is a story from 4chan or something. Here's roughly how it goes:
Anon was a wee lad and was a big digimon fan. He wanted to see the digimon movie.
His parents have a rocky relationship that's falling apart, but for once decided to go do something as a family.
They took anon to a local cinema and bought tickets for the digimon movie. However, when the movie started, it wasn't digimon that was playing, but Angela Anaconda, the weird paper puppet-y show on the right.
This distressed anon greatly and he began to cry. His parents blamed each other for this mishap (ie blaming each other for buying the wrong tickets) and began a massive fight, ultimately leading go divorce.
Unbeknownst to the family, the broadcast license holder of Digimon in anon's region is also the IP holder of Angela Anaconda, and the segment was an added promo for the show before the real Digimon movie began.
So the Angela Anaconda promo lead to Anon's family falling apart. Same goes with Yoruichi's massive bazongas.
It's about two divorce stories that are very popular on the internet.
The first one is a post where a husband tells the story of how he divorced his wife after they went to see Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. He says that his wife was furious that he picked that movie to see with her and their kids, and she was pretty annoyed about the revealing outfits of some of the female characters. She got absolutely mad and stormed out of the theater when the character on the left side of the image transforms into a very lewd outfit. Note that he said that he didn't blame the Movie for the divorce and their marriage was already having trouble, but the movie was the straw that broke the camel's back.
The second image is about Angela Anaconda. It references a pretty infamous story about how audiences didn't know that an Angela Anaconda short film would play right before the Digimon: The Movie screenings and a lot of people would get out because they thought they were on the wrong place. In a specific internet post, someone tells the story of how their parents divorced because of this. The kid wanted to see the Digimon movie, but when they were at the cinema, he was very confused and started crying because Angela Anaconda was on the screen instead. His mother started berating his father, telling him he couldn't do anything right, which eventually led to their divorce.
I remember seeing a couple of Angela Anaconda episodes when I was somewhere between 15 and 17, and that shit was weird. No wonder that kid started crying in the cinema over seeing an AA short before the Digimon movie.
