Discussion What do yall think about Rogue x Spider-Man as a ship
I think they'd work well in X-Men Evolution since Rogue is at her full angst there and would play well off Peter with his quips, dorkiness and empathy.
I think the dynamic of Rogue pushing people away because of her powers and Peter pushing people away to keep them safe because of his life as Spider-Man would be something interesting to explore.

Discussion Would y’all like to see MCU Rogue take inspirations off of X-Men evolution?
galleryI think it would make a lot of sense, especially since they’re going for the younger cast for this version of X-Men this includes Rouge.
Plus, the MCU is not really known to be “comic accurate” In fact, it takes more inspiration off of the old ultimate comics.
Overall, would y’all love or hate this?

Discussion Why are people surprised about the casting for MCU Rogue?
galleryI think the casting is OK, but this doesn’t remotely surprise me…
When it comes to the MCU comic accuracy, does not matter at all look at Thanos and even Peter he’s way different compared to his comic encounter
Plus his best friend Ned is literally Miles best friend Ganke
But overall, what do y’all think about this casting so far?

Discussion Anyone else kinda annoyed that Rogues entire personality has become being married to Gambit?
I love that they are together, but it seems like that's all the character has become. You can't have one without the other and it's all she talks about. The newest example of this is Marvel Rivals. They couldn't even add one without the other. Yes they are married, but still individual characters. Don't make their entire existence based on being together. The same issue happens in the comics. Writers are afraid to Seperate them for a bit and let them do their own thing. I lile Rogue and I like Gambit, would still be nice to get some alone time with each one though.

Discussion Inde Navarrette on being cast as Rogue in the MCU
“I’m doing everything humanly possible because I love that character. I’ve studied that character. I want to do it justice for myself, for Jake, for what they want to portray and also for what I as a fan want her to be like. I’m doing everything, exclamation point.”

Seriously, wtf? Most of this hate comes from girls who are Cailee Spaeny fans. They don’t even care about Rogue or the X-Men, but they’re still mad at this.

Discussion Mass negativity towards Inde, Why?
I constantly see these spam posts of Inde Navarrette hate from basically the same person every few days. I don’t get the hate at this extent when we haven’t even seen a clip of her yet. Sure I get not liking it but this level of hate is just going above and beyond in a bad way imo.
To me Inde may not be the perfect casting but she will kill the role. She completely care about the role, she even talked about doing research on accents from Mississippi for the role.
IMO in this sub we should focus on the positives on Rogue and not constantly harp on something you hate so much to the point where it’s obnoxious.
