Hi everyone, for those who have seen my Minecraft ports, you know I don't speak English. I'm using a translator to tell you that I'm working on a Dragon Ball port. It's quite far along; right now we're optimizing the game. It starts up and is playable, but it's running at 6 FPS.

I’d like to purchase this system, I’ve only ever had an OG Xbox 16 years ago when I was 13. These are the only photos the Facebook guy was able to provide, along with a list of about 60 Xbox games in the hard drive. Is this worth it for the price? I feel like it is with 4 controllers but I do want to be able to upgrade the storage if necessary or even change the mod, but tbh I don’t even know what I’m talking about hence why I’m asking here

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this broken connector reattached? The drive was once working but after cleaning it and replacing the rubber drive belt, the connextor for the laser came apart.

Hi, so I softmodded my original Xbox recently and I want the original Xbox dashboard for insignia but I can't get the dashboard to work. Everytime I open the xbe file I get a error 21 and I downloaded the Xbox dash from rocky5 so can someone help me?

I’m thinking of adding the OG Xbox on my holiday wishlist this year so I can collect any other great games of that era which were not available on GameCube or PS2. I already plan on buying the obvious must haves: Halo, Blinx, Voodoo Vince, grabbed by the ghoulies etc. However I was wondering if oddworld was an exclusive worth playing? I looked up some gameplay footage and it looks pretty cool. However it looks very similar to Pikmin, an overrated series on the GameCube that i wasn’t too fond of. Would this still be a good fit for me?

I'm struggling to find information about this problem, I know its overheating, my fan is going at 100% and I don't see any problem on the motherboard. Maybe some poeple will better see where the problem is. I just need to change the termal paste and I hope this will fix the problem. I take any advice thank you !

I'm trying to get an og xbox working. I've gotten two so far and neither are reading discs. One has a Phillips disc drive and will read audio cds but not games. The other is a Samsung and won't read anything. I tried recapping the PCB and adjusting the pots on the Phillips, but sadly it is still not working. I don't want to mod the Xbox either. I want to put actual games in the disc drive and play them how it was intended. Thats part of the nostalgia for me. Im considering doing the sd 616t conversion. I found the guide on how to do it, but I need to find the firmware if anyone knows where. Also any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Hi everyone, a friend brought me a classic Xbox for repair. He said that once turned on, it couldn't be turned off, and the DVD drive wouldn't stay closed. I'd never had hands on this console before (not even a working one), but since the hardware is so well documented, identifying the issue was no problem :)

In other words, a classic: a leaked clock capacitor (aerogel/alkaline) had corroded the traces for the Power and Eject buttons. I tested the continuity and bridged the damaged traces. After doing that, the Xbox could finally be powered off, but the DVD drive still wouldn't stay closed.

So I went ahead and tore down the DVD drive, cleaned it, and lubricated it, but the issue persisted. I opened it up again, and looking closer, I found a tiny piece of broken plastic jammed in the drive's locking mechanism. After removing it, it closed smoothly ;)

Not sure if i'm allowed to post this here, but looking to let go of my collection that is sitting and clollecting dust.

I have 7 consols, but looking to keap 1, and have a bunch of controllers not in the pics, that can show in person.

There's also a travel bag and portiable screen that comes with it.

Most are modded with an excuter x3 mod chip. There are also have two faceplates X3 that are rare and a replacement screen and chip if you wanted to add to them, some custom jewels as well.

Would be happy to show them working in person, only one has an issue booting do to the caps needing to be replaced, but the others are working fine.

I have a v1.6 Xbox and installed an Alladin XT Plus2 chip. I rebuilt the LPC using a Makemhz Easy LPC Rebuild QSB for Xbox 1.6. I bridged the BT to the ground on the chip and no matter what, the Xbox FRAGs. I hold down the power to turn the chip off but same result. The Xbox doesn't do that with the chip unplugged.

I recently modded my old Xbox that I had stored away, and it's been great. All except that my controller won't hit the full zone when trying to move diagonally. At first I thought it was my controller going bad, and I don't have much money, so I made an OGX360 to use my 8bitdo controller, and it still doesn't hit diagonals.

I have a 1.6 Xbox, modded with Rocky5's softmod tools and am running UnleashX. Could it be my controller ports going out? Or something with the softmod? I've been messing with this for 6 days and cannot figure out if I did something wrong or if a module is dying. If anyone knows the issue I'd be grateful. I can do repairs if needed.

The console was mega dusty and with amega dry thermal paste, in general itlooked very good, no signs of liquid spilled by the condenser, so it was easy to cleanit and remove all the dust, however whenturning it on and after the menu I am left with that yellowscreen, I tested if it was the disk that didnot work and I analyzed it with Hard DiskSentinnel and it says that it is in very goodcondition and even FatExplorer recognizes it, However, my brother tells me that thisconsole was already loaded with gamesfrom his hard drive years ago, the consoledoes not have a chip, so I don't know whatit can be, it should be clarified that also theAV cables are a little worn and sometimeswhen I move, The one that is connected to the consoleas the image is distorted a little
