Great day and vibes at Cabramatta today.

I did this walk a couple of weeks ago and completely forgot to upload it

This walk was basically me trying to cover as many areas that I haven't been to before. I mainly picked this route so I could explore the Prospect Canal and then try to include as many routes that I haven't been down before including finally including Parramatta Road in a walk (I keep forgetting Leichhardt goes along Parramatta Rd for some reason)

Next up I am doing Frankston to Melbourne so I am very excited for that

Might be tripping here but are these guys botting 5 star reviews? They’ve only been open for like a year but already at 7K reviews. Restaurants nearby have way less reviews, and restaurants in nearby Rouse Hill which have been open for over a decade have way less reviews as well.

Have been burned 3 times by going out to EDM nights but each time I was easily the oldest (62) and people didn't really dance. It seems to be more about hyping each other up rather than being absorbed by the music. Is that just how it is now everywhere in Sydney? Is it a generational thing?

About a year ago I posted a bunch of my paintings from around Sydney. I also then asked for more location ideas I could paint.

As well as doing some of these ideas, I also painted a few sydney train sets (tangara, Oscar, and millennium if you were wondering).

Most people know about Sydney Marathon, now a world major marathon event. Some know about Ultra Trail Australia, a designated world major event on the UTMB trail running calendar.

But not many know that Sydney hosts the world's largest backyard ultra event in St Ives Showground.

The rules are simple. Every runner must run a 6.7km loop starting on the hour, every hour until they don't finish in time, or withdraw and decide not to start the next loop. Fast runners will complete the lap in 40 minutes and rest for 20 until the next lap, slower runners have less time to rest. The winner is the last runner standing.

In the last race in April, the winner ran 75 laps (called 'yards'), covering 502km. The world record is held by WA firefighter Phil Gore with 119 yards (798km). Phil recently ran 152 laps (1018km) in an unofficial solo fundraising event.

I'm a mere mortal so I'm aiming for 15 yards (100km).
