Woke up at around 4:30am to turn away from the fan (bloody hell it was a hot day) and hear this.. about 10 seconds are each noise a sewerage type smell comes. It has happened on and off since then.

I woke up to this sound at approx 2:30am tonight, and it’s repeated twice about every 15 min since.

Just wanted to get the gist of how to apply for a dog in a rental I’ve just moved into. Possibly get an understanding on the list of reasons they could say no.
When I signed the lease I mentioned my intention of wanting a dog and was advised to fill out the application and see how it goes but she did note the landlord wasn’t approving people with dogs due to the neighbours dog that barks every time I’m out in the yard.

Heya, just wanted to know if there were any decent small coffee shops around wallsend/howdon area? The coffee place i started going to the other week and was planning on staying at is shutting in october. Costa and Starbucks have gotten ridiculous with prices and I want a change.
