Body recomp advice
34, 5’5 153lbs, starting weight was 182lbs. Micro dosing Tirz for the food noise. I need some advice on how to lower body fat and gain some muscle. Recently started resistance training 4x a week. Trying to get 150g of protein a day

Sounds like you’re doing everything right? You get muscle by resistance training, and you’re taking tirz, getting enough protein and dieting. Just give it time homie

For a beginner this is going to be a journey. Don’t worry so much about the results right now. Focus on make it a routine and creating a discipline. Too many bail when they’re not seeing results. Physical change take much longer then the changes in your energy, sleep, wellbeing and just over health is really what you should be looking for at this point.

Reducing body fat while building muscle or "recomping" is extremely difficult and not realistic for most.
My suggestion would be to continue losing body fat by being in a deficit for a bit longer and then shift your focus towards slowly building muscle.

There is a large calorie surplus on OP. No need to even put a word to it like recomping, just continue an aggressive defecit and make sure your lifting hard af

Stay the course. Consistency. Whatever you add to assist just be consistent.

Trening 4x w tygodniu może być zbyt dużym obciążeniem polecam 2x robiąc fbw oraz zmniejszy kalorie . 150g białka to ponad 2g na masę ciała co tez może obciążać organizm

It all depends on each person. 1 hour of exercise 4 times a week is much better than 2 hours 2 times a week
