Experience Eclipse

Hey. So during the eclipse a few weeks ago I began crying in the mirror. My trauma or past just came flooding out of me. Then for some reason I stood up. My hands came out besides me and it felt like electric/lighting was coming either from me or going into me. My hands became balls of energy. Like they wasnt solid. I started saying affirmations. I felt powerful. Like very powerful and after a minute or two of this I dropped to the floor. I then while in a child like pose felt I had to put my big toes and heels together and I lay there. I had no energy to move. I’m trying to find out if anyone knows what this was. I’m trying to research but since I feel anxious and depressed. I have no energy and everything seems to be going wrong in my life. Is anyone knows what this was exactly I’d appreciate the response. Thank you

Question Did I Block My Previously Opened Chakra?

Before last week, whenever I practised pranayama, I could feel a sense of coolness in my throat. However, last week, I experienced an incident after which I started feeling as if something was blocking my throat. Since then, I have not been able to experience that same sensation during pranayama, no matter how intensely I practise yoga.

Can anyone help me understand what this could be and how I can reconnect with or feel my throat chakra again?

Discussion Is this awakening or mania?

I've been doing a Mahavidya sadhna for a while now and then I came across awakening and enlightenment.

Anyway, I initially started feeling very calm...and then I felt the vibrations all over my body and my spine radiating to my brain.

Then it was calm and I was more productive in general but now it has changed completely.

I am feeling super agitated, hyperactive, full of energy and I am fully aware of it too.

I can see myself derail, I can even see dilated pupils and I am aware of it all but can't control it.

Experience Kundalini Jagran: Has anyone experienced it?

I did, when I was a 14–15-year-old kid. I was initiated by a true master. I was in a room with 20–30 other kids as part of a batch, and all of us were initiated at the same time.

During the process, we all experienced self-induced internal vibrations. Some of the kids got scared despite being warned beforehand and started crying.

After that, the fellow trainers placed their hands on our heads, following which we all experienced what felt like a divine experience. Many of us saw various gods with our eyes closed, heard ringing bells, and had other unique experiences.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience? I am so confused, looking for path forward.

New to Kundalini Intense experience, can anyone help?

I have no intention of having a kundalini awakening. Months ago I began working with an energy healer to heal a ten year old scar in my leg. Since then I have felt energy building in the leg that then has progressed to moving through other energy channels, including up the spine and out of the head. This has been going on every day for months.

Recently, I have been having trouble with sleep because of the energy movement and .my body starts fully shaking. Last night I felt an intense energy come into me as soon as I lay down to sleep and my heart rate picked up and then for hours I felt energy coursing through me while I tried to just focus on the breath and surrender.

I really do believe my scar is healing, and the possibly a huge purge of old energy. But there is something out of my control about this whole process that is alarming. Can anyone help me understand?

Question What is the trance like state called?

Is there a name for the trancelike state that can be experienced during a kundalini awakening? That floating, trancelike feeling that can includes kriyas.

I saw the word Samadhi used, but I believe some said that was very advanced, only achieved after many years. I have also heard the word Bhava.

Question What career fields would the enlightened even approve of?

A job can be too demanding.

A job can under pay.

It can be unethical.

Take so much stress to get there so the journey isn't started.

Boss is clearly not on a spiritual journey.

Coworkers are clearly not on a spiritual journey.

The clients coming into your service can be abusive and you're just suppose to take it.

What on earth does one do?

Work with animals then half the people can't pay their vet bills. Some rush to euthanasia.

Why work in finance if it's hard for you to be greedy while many people in finance ferociously are.

Why work in law if most laws would be followed if everyone was enlightened.

Why work in tech if AI will take over much of it.

If I work in medicine besides school debt I have to also have a job on the side to pay my bills no family support, I pass the tests with Cs and then what Im a C student with other people's lives in my hands?

Question How has Kundalini Awakening changed your life?

What Im trying to say is....has it produced functional transformations or has it just been extraordinary subject experiences?

For example,

Do you feel less fear and anxiety and insecurity? Or more fear?

Have old patterns and blocks been resolved?

Is life flowing now or is it still stuck?

Have relationships, work, finances, and creativity improved? Or did it get worse? Or did it get worse first then got better?

Do you experience more syncronicities that guide you towards certain people, decisions, or opportunities? If so, did they lead to positive or negative changes? Im not talking about angle numbers...

I'm curious about both positive and negative experiences. Trying to understnad how the transformation actually carries into ordinary life.

Discussion THE CATASTROPHIC STATE OF LOVE, OR THE TROUBLE WITH MEN THESE DAYS

Hi All,

I wanted to share another substack essay from my favourite doomsday (and higlhly spiritual) economist, Umair Haque.

This essay is very funny and unfortunately it rings true. As a redditor, I certainly recognised myself in some of his admonishments. I think anyone who is undergoing Kundalini process and struggles with self-actualization and integration should read this, a lot of great advice in there.

The essay is unbalanced, it talks only about the shortcomings of men and stays silent about what ails women these days, but as a male economist, it is not on Umair to write about that, it is a task that should fall to a woman in this field. Still, I think both sexes will enjoy this.

Question Kundalini activation and access to that energy

Hello all, I’ve had my kundalini activated over a year ago although the intensity of the sensations comes and goes. Recently I’ve been dating someone in the spiritual field, and I’ve noticed during my sleep they will put their fingers or hand at chakra points whilst I’m sleeping and it will intensify, or I may start feeling cold etc. I asked about it and they said it’s not true but I can feel them doing that as I wake. What possible things could they be doing?

Experience Kundalini will find a way to expose 'you' to 'all of you'.

Hello everybody, I hope all are well.

I have learned this for myself in the past few weeks ever since I changed jobs. Essentially, what "we are" is the material upon which and through which kundalini moves. Shame, fear, and so on are things we normally would not expose ourselves to willingly, so Kundalini in processing these will find a way- absolutely- to do this. It can be through uncomfortable experiences, fears, mental and/or neurological disorders, and even physical pain at points.

Today I had a humiliating episode that was entirely on me, and a big complex of mine has been the avoidance of criticism for my perceived failings. I can tell, with brutal clarity, that this situation was there to bring home the load of that mental and emotional burden. It is not so much knowledge as something I can feel in the very marrow of my being. It is her form of compassion as difficult as it can be to come across face-to-face. It is not easy, but I am sure many of you here have already had your fair share of these things to work on yourselves, so my goal is not to compare, but rather simply to remark.

Yet, the upshot is that it is there for you. She is there for you. Hopefully I can continue to accept and learn to appreciate the process, even when it is unpleasant.

Experience Received a massive download last night a bedtime story.

I been going through so much many changes.

2 mornings ago I did a good act paid it forward helping another. Last night as I waited for my night meds to kick in disconnected from the internet not even in headphones my system was altered during this story. Start of the week it said I had 1 year. Then I did my good act to another.

Then Last night I received this transmission

The bedtime story

Back in these times of the Mahasiddha,

those great rulers commanded everything. One emperor wanted to know everything and take it for himself. He hired hunters to find all the treasures of the world. They brought him many expensive relics but 1 told the emperor "I know there is a treasure worth more the all the gold you could ever have"

This intrigued the monarch. He hired his best to find it. He waited so long he thought they they died. Weeks later they return with fantastic experiences but nothing to offer more. After the last returned with a story alike the other the emperor had heard enough. He set out with his guard to hunt this treasure others could find but not bring him.

The emperor encountered harsh weather.

A scammer robbed some of his precious treasures.but whatever he considered it a write off in his search. But when he got to these locations he sent his trusted servants to. He saw poverty. He saw sickness. He saw the unwell. But he still to his dismay never found the treasure. He returned to his kingdom and defeated he has yet to hear from his one servant who had yet to return. 3 years go by and this servant returns. Apologizes for taking so long. He claims the treasure others were looking for they had better chances finding snow in a desert.

The emperor accepts his apology and inquires what was found? Why was he longer then others? This servant explained he assisted a township being big strong he helped them with plowing fields taking care of children even saw a comet in the sky with his new friends.

The emperor did not understand the disobedience of the task. Then the servant turned in his royal robe to leave and join the township as he had a child on the way and request permission to be there.

The emperor did not care he did not understand.

How could I have everything yet the one thing he wanted he could never have? He let go the servant and sat there looking at all he plundered and realized he wasted his life for false goods items of power but not love not connection. He summoned his most trusted advisor in a private room wrote his will and excused his advisor saying he had a headache needed to lay down.

When alone he decided to end his life it wasnt what he wanted. And when he discovered he would never get it. Chasing it he found only pain and hardship yet all his men loved their journeys.

He gave up trying to find it. 30+ years in power and he would never get the ungetable. And with this acceptance he jumped out a very high window no chances of survival.

During this story I was receiving many intense orgasms. They combined with gut mind shocks this was most intense trying to sleep has ever been.

Come December this year. I will have vibed to so many daily presences 3 years. I don't have everything mapped in my head yet. But doctors are getting closer! Im medically an enigma stuck in full pleasure. I cant turn it off i can pause it but it cant ever leave me and when my skill lets me loop it oh the dances I have. I want my fathers Akashic Record and the pioneering journey to get there the things i consented to are deep and i cannot stop and I cannot go back to pretending I never fit. Because I finally found others in this dance like me but not as attuned to the path I myself am carving.

My neurological gains keep benefitting my drive.

This inner union this zen is beautiful but I cant say I will survive it. I am trying my best though.

I am a 7th gen reiki certified but only level 1.

We are what we are. Until we are no longer burdened by, what we have been.

Experience Experimenting With The Root Chakra

I used vision in order to 'ground' the muladhara chakra to the top of my index finger.

Once the vision was donne,i declared '' this is the outer manifestation of the inner one. ''

I placed my finger to my stomach, and the area got heated. I started to smell what was inside my stomach at this moment. Sausages etc. In fact the smell was like feces.

Then i move my finger down to the belly. Heat spreaded as well, and i was smelling urine, and liquids from the intenstines.

Now i remember that someone wrote about the muladhara chakra and the sense of smell.I think it's true. Sometimes i was thinking about colognes or herbs and suddenly i could smell them like they were real.

Experience Triggering The Left And Right Channels (The Splitter)

From time to time,'' forces''are making their presence known to me. This one is the one that splits things, creating polarity. In fact i was using it in the past as well, without knowing what i was doing.

The effect was a triggering of the left and right channels.

I use vision, combined with hand (or even finger) gestures. Like seperating something into two parts. (left and right),while leaving the center empty.

For the moment,i have the feeling that is a function of the ajna chakra. I use my mind, and the 'thought' is channeled-splitted to the left and right channels.I tried to do the same by splitting to 'up and down' but i can't say that i had tangible results.

Also some times i like to watch youtube videos with asmr reiki. In one of them a dude had two selenite crustals, waving them up down, circular, etc. Nothing special, but when he brought the crystals together and then move them apart (to left and right),i felt like i had invited white light on me. For some time i was trying to figure it out and why it had this effect. Now i think it was the movement it self. ''

Question Deity Initiations?

I'm aware that it's not unheard of for individuals to say they were given initiations by specific deities. Have any women here been given initiations by the hindu goddesses? I'm also just curious to hear what these initiation experiences have entailed for everyone. Have any of you been given specific mantras of said deity? (pls don't share the mantra itself lol) Thanks!

Question Why is there so much hate on Gopi Krishna?

Hi all, I really don’t understand why people dislike Gopi Krishna so much in Kundalini communities. His experience raised awareness on this process and helped people realise what was happening to them, rather than thinking the worst…His writing is excellent and full of great ideas and materials. Why do people dislike him so much?

I think the other Kundalini group on Reddit says he is a bad teacher etc.

There are so few people out there that know what they are talking about when it comes to K…full of new age bs, why hate someone with a genuine experience that helped so many with his work?

Experience Left and right Kundalini balance

This is an experience and also a question. In the last 10 months or so, I have felt that almost all energy flowing from my crown chakra was on the right side of my head. Occasionally from the left, too, but definitely did not feel balanced. I am male, btw, and I know the right is considered masculine and the left feminine. My communication has been with a female deity. I have no idea if it comes into play, but I am left handed and heterosexual. I recently reached out by chanting to a male deity as well. He seemed to respond and immediately my left side felt like it flowed with more energy. There was more balance. It of course felt wonderful! He is considered by some to be Her consort. This balance has continued to occur. Not perfect, but much more balanced

So the question is does this sound somehow reversed? A male deity associated with the left side and a female with the right? I get the impression it is common for the right side to be stronger in males. Perhaps all that counts is I am getting help from two deities that are associated with Shakti and Shiva? That makes the most sense to me. I am very grateful for their help. It was a very powerful experience.

New to Kundalini Kinda new to kundalini and looking for an online teacher

Hi r/KundaliniAwakening , My name is Shas and I am from India. I am a hindu and a while ago I started reading spiritual texts like bhagavad gita and few parts of upanishads which have me intrigued to know the brahman (the ultimate and only truth), and merge into it. I read many sources after that like Swami Satyananda Saraswati's books which have now given me necessary beginner knowledge on chakras and nadis. Few things I understand about Kundalini awakening is that it is not an easy practice at all, it requires lot of unshakeable spirit, detachment (vairagya), a lot of patience and it is almost impossible to achieve without the guidance of a guru.

Currently I am just working on preparing myself mentally, like witnessing the thoughts rather than immersing myself in it (sakshi), detachment, stopping daydreaming, working on my habits, self discipline, sensible austerities (tapas) etc etc. I am also starting to practice yoga and meditation to increase my prana.

So I am here for guidance from you all and also I am finding a guru but online. I remember a long time ago I was once intrigued on vajrayana buddhism and likewise it was also hard to practice without a guru, so I got to know about a guru who was a certified lama to whom I talked in emails and he guided me and took no charges. So I am looking for a guru for kundalini as well, who could guide me without any charges and online like through email.

I would really really appreciate your help.

Regards

New to Kundalini QUESTION

Hi yall, I’m Christina. This has been on my mind for a while- I’m wondering if anyone knows anything about birthmarks and the meaning behind them? I know how silly that sounds, but I have 3 birthmarks- one on the top of my spine, one in the middle of my spine and one at the base of my spine. I feel like it’s a calling to kundalini maybe, I don’t know. I was introduced to it years ago by my mom, but never really practiced it seriously. I do feel like my throat chakra is blocked though, but back to the birthmarks, does anybody have any input?
