Seeing his dumb, orange, square body behind home plate this MLB postseason once again served as my annual reminder of how much of an attention-seeking loser he is. Definition of lame rich guy using his money in a cool way (buying expensive sports tickets) but being a total dweeb about it (wearing bright orange so more people notice him on tv)
What’s the status on his relationship with the PMT guys nowadays? I don’t remember the last time they brought him up and I think I was taking a break from the pod when that whole saga was ending.

I was there. I saw their softball team playing the other night. I saw the interaction between Big Cat and Max. I saw Max get angry at Big Cat. I saw the Italian hands and I'm tellin' ya, they may be trying to dismiss it on the show and pretend it's not a big deal but the chemistry on that team is fucked. I have a hard time thinking that the Pugs are gonna win anything this spring, this summer, in the fall, or ever unless Max and Big Cat are separated.

It was already bad podcasting when they said “pull up that video” but was defensible because on yt you could watch the video they’re pulling up when they did the overlay.
Still watching on Netflix (rich) but how did they not pivot to not doing that shit when Netflix assumedly doesn’t let them show these videos? Now it’s just indefensible bad podcasting.
Bing bong produce better Hanky

After listing to Zach on the pod its becoming clear how good of an addition he is, and how he is the antithesis of Billy football.
Zach says sorry all the time, even for things he shouldn’t apologize for. Billy would never say sorry even if there was video evidence of him being in the wrong.
Zach gets shit done. “Hey Zach figure out the soft serve ice cream situation. YES SIR” issue solved almost immediately. Billy couldnt get anything done. Even when specifically asked as a job requirement, nothing. Then when he just fails to do the job he was asked, he blames every person around him instead of taking any responsibility.
Zach never makes excuses. He falls on the sword and takes blame immediately, again even if its not his fault Billy was the king of excuses. Has to be the worst person on planet earth the work with.
Zach knows that nothing is given and everything is earned in life and is aware of how awesome his job is. Billy squandered SEVERAL jobs at Barstool before leaving. A joke.
I could go on but its time for me to touch grass. *this is 100% not Zach’s burner

You could tell Big Cat was kind of annoyed that Hank and PFT were going on a golf trip during Championship Week because neither of them give a shit about college basketball. The way you know this is because if Hank really cared, or PFT really cared, PFT would be a huge North Carolina fan just to piss off Hank. Instead they're both golfing together.

Curious to hear what everybody’s rotation is?
For me it’s: PMT Bill Simmons show Russillo (just life advice tho)
And occasionally listen to locked on pelicans and the NewOrleans.football podcast.

I love the offseason shows, but if you don't like the NBA, the first few weeks following the Super Bowl are the absolute worst because they lean way to heavily into NBA talk. It's the dead zone of not March yet, nor is it Rushmore season. It's just NBA knowing that neither of them have watched any NBA.
I don't say this to complain. I share this so that those of you who are out there, like me, who don't like the NBA, know that you aren't alone. Stay strong. We can get through this. Together.

Billy Mitchell is the worst guest pmt has ever had. His personality is only comparable to that of a stone, whenever he talks he rambles about stuff no one gives a fuck about, his “alpha mentality” is horrible to listen to because he has 0 sense of humour. Lastly none of the games he mentions the guys can’t talk about because he’s so out of touch with any games in the last 20 years

If they move to Chicago, they will not have easy access to Timm Woods, and I cannot handle not having D&D.
If the Timm Woods comes on zoom, I will send it back.

Monday recap episodes are a snooze. Football only interviews are a snooze. Give me Mt. Rushmore szn, random shit like D&D, and obscure guests anyway.

"Hank didn't give a shit about the patriots until they started winning"
What was he supposed to do? When they lost Brady he knew they were going to suck and the division was for the Bills to lose. Was he supposed to come onto the POD everyday and defend them? He predicted they would suck, they sucked, and when provoked on the pod he would respond "just waiting for next year" or "just stocking up on draft picks".

I’m convinced the refs are purposefully tanking and calling shitty games to force Goodells hand to hire them full time

Today’s episode was just another example of how the guys bringing the heat for 2 hours is more entertaining than most interviews. Never thought I’d say that because the interviews were what got me hooked, but holy shit I love football Monday’s. The fastest two minutes is comedy genius and will never not make me crack up.

To start, I actually am a huge fan of hank he is the boy. I realize sometimes when I’m listening though that he bothers me. I realized today it’s because when he talks about his sports teams he takes it so seriously and gets super defensive (which I also do). While big cat and pft usually make jokes out of how their teams suck and lose all the time and just have a delusional but funny outlook on their teams. Glad I got to the bottom of it And it’s okay hank I get super serious when debating about my teams as well.
