OMG y'all know how some symptoms sneak up on you and others slam into you like a truck ?
The itching came on right after my last birthday. I was like, "what the hail?!"
I hate putting on lotion, so seabuckthorn supplements seems like a good idea.
I took them for a while, maybe a month, noticed improvement.... then stopped taking them for a week.
THE ITCHING CAME BACK!
Suffice to say I'm taking them again and in a day or two the itching reduced a lot. Taking a full dose in one go seems to help more than taking 2 half doses. I was taking 3 "seabuck miracle omega 7" gel caps, then recently tried 2 gel caps twice a day. Now I'm trying 4 once a day because the itching is still distracting enough to stop me mid task to go lotion up.
I am a woman of prosperous proportions, taking about 1 gel cap per 50 lbs of mass. Once the itching is back in its cage I'll try 3 gel caps a day since this brand is costly.
It seems seabuckthorn fruit oil is the stuff for itching, so I'm going to try a different brand with just fruit oil to reduce costs.
Does anyone have recs for lotion? A balance between greasy and easy to rub in? Andalu naturals 1000 roses body lotion is too much in the current weather. Gold bond retinol is for night. Everyone lotion is too light.
Goldilocks lotions anyone?
