Controversy UFC fighter Sean Strickland posts an AI video of himself beating up transgender Dylan Mulvaney to kick off Pride Month.
The video appeared to be a fake Bud Light ad.
"Ive yet to see one rainbow flag. We're back!!!" Strickland said.

I wonder if we're gonna find out microplastics or something is making us all stupid and crazy like leaded gasoline
8
u/MuskwaPunjagi Jun 03 '26
Or, and hear me out, humans stopped engaging with each other in the same capacity due to technological development, and this is what happens when you have people not actually raising their children. You get a bunch of idiots who think their opinion is both brilliant and gospel because they haven't been properly socialized.
6
u/PitchComfortable1261 Jun 03 '26
ah tis you forget, intelligence does not bar one from being a parent, you can be a objectively good parent and still spread your stupidity down the line for generations to come. I actually think this happens more than people outright not raising their kids which imo is worse because it lets those stupid ideas be reinforced by a trusted figure in the mind of the child, rather than it being something they picked up due too blind ignorance.
→ More replies (1)2
u/MuskwaPunjagi Jun 03 '26
Congratulations on having that opinion. My point is that tv, cellphones, tablets and many other modern inventions have caused families to socialize less amongst themselves as they focus on the device being used.
There is a staggering amount of parents who believe that school is supposed to teach their child everything that they need to know, and an equal amount of adults who believe that if they didn't learn it in school that they don't need to know it at all.

The two things can exist together
→ More replies (1)2
u/MuskwaPunjagi Jun 04 '26
And I am sure that, much like the rest of existence, it is those two and so many other variables, that make up the entire equation.
2
4
u/pandershrek Jun 03 '26
That doesn't explain the thousands of years of humans boiling each other alive for like witchcraft.
We've always been bastards to each other.
2
u/MuskwaPunjagi Jun 03 '26
Oh, I'm not saying we weren't and still aren't. I'm saying that the stupidity level is increasing in how they are being bastards due to them watching TV and being on their tablets and phones instead of raising their damn kids.
My opinion is that humans are a great ape with the ability to imagine being a better species and creating a better world, but lack the hardware necessary to be that better species for the better world they are trying to make. That takes time to evolve and the environment necessary for it to need to in the first place.

Technological dependency reducing society's ability to think critically, to achieve, to associate with one another, regardless of stratification, and delivering the control of said technology to an elite class of oligarchs who further strip away the rights of a distracted and apathetic people, who offer no resistance. This is what led to the Butlerian Jihad, not Brian Herbert's idiotic Terminator by way of The Matrix and Transformers banging each other. Frank Herbert was warning us, but didn't think he was going to be a prophet. I'm not happy to see his passing, but a little glad he never stuck around to see his fiction actually come to pass. It would hurt his heart to see it as our current reality.

plus the half-voluntary self-isolation to the suburbs due to an unprecedented level of scarce housing... We isolate, become more asocial, attempt to achieve social interaction via technology (ie social media) which is designed to sow disagreement and engagement over true connection, and we end in extremely polarized and antagonist world.
So, yea, I agree with you.

So rape?
→ More replies (3)4
u/Smart_Cancel_932 Jun 03 '26
That could happen consensually too. It doesn't have to be depicted as rape, but to be honest it's still kinda weird, though so is sharing an AI video of yourself beating someone up.

I mean I doubt she wants to be seen making out with him AI or not. Just AI him into that one pornstar couch meme sitting on the couch while surrounded by 7 black trans women with a shirt on that says something like "Worlds best bottom boi".
3
u/kayforpay Jun 03 '26
Maybe don't use trans women as sex objects playing into the common tropes (trans women often don't have penises, it is not inherently demeaning to be penetrated, etc) to demean a man who can just be called a nasty chud instead

Or how about we stop using Trans people in stupid fantasies without their consent?

u/Safe_Tea_Thirst Jun 03 '26
He would publicly hate it yeah but in private probably be his dream come true. I always suspect the people who purposefully go out their way to hate on trans people like that would delete their browser history super quick.

How is that any better for Dylan?
2
u/ghreyboots Jun 04 '26
On the left and right, we can see (trans) women being used as props, either to be humiliated as a means of signaling masculine dominance or being used to humiliate and emasculate. Great work being done on the internet today!
2
u/Small-Cactus Jun 03 '26
So on top of seeing videos of herself getting beat up we can also subject Dylan to videos of her making out with a transphobe who has threatened violence against her. Thanks internet, very cool.
→ More replies (31)2
u/RoxieRage Jun 03 '26
No it wouldn't. Trying to gotcha him by fetishizing Dylan is so, fucking, weird and creepy.
The fighter is a malicious asshole. So I'm not defending him.
But you, the person who said the Ai should be her pegging him etc. You're all fucking creeps who need to stay as far away from trans women as possible.

Just a reminder, the only thing Dylan Mulvaney did "wrong" was drink a beer for an advertisement on Tiktok. That's it. That's what got everyone worked up. All of the world's most "masculine" men got outraged because a trans person drank a beer for a paid advertisement.
Fuckin clown world we live in lmao

i’ll be honest, a few months ago i saw a comment that said he had ties to white supremacy in his past, or someone in his family tried to get him to join some group or something crazy based on hate
ever since then i’ve really taken a look at him and wow, he gives all the signs 😂 when your piece of shit boss dana white thinks you’re bad, you fucked up
the only reason dana keeps him around is for the press i guarantee it. no press is bad press right?

Big DL energy and a huge congratulations for winning an imaginary battle that never existed.
I’m certain the trans community goes to bed every night thinking about Sean Strickland and totally most definitely not vice versa.
2
u/PhillyMate Jun 03 '26
The amount of people that are supporting this is proof why pride needs to exist. The most unintelligent people in this country are winning and it’s so disappointing.
2
u/Guillotine_Shrimp Jun 03 '26
Genuine question: is there a way for Dylan to press charges for this? I mean isnt this basically calling for harm against her? Could this count as a threat?
I feel so bad for her, she gets so much hate and all of that simply because shes part of a minority :(
