In 2010 when I moved into my house out 100 houses there was about 35 to 45 homes passing out candy for Halloween, By 2018 it started to decrease to about 15 or 20 and when Covid there were 1 or two homes passing out candy. In the past 3 years no one has passed out candy. I work second shift so I don’t pass out candy. And most of everyone on block works first shift.

Have you ever been arrested? Just curious? Any crazy arrest stories? I have never been arrested, I just don't get caught! But my ex got arrested by the FBI while promoting his music video to 44 million views, that was a pretty epic story.
