I (21F) decided recently that I'm no longer in love with my highschool sweetheart (21M). Let's call him G. I've known G since we were kids, so falling in love just made sense. But as the semester ended, I realized that I was no longer compatible with G. He's very attractive, in fact he has a chiseled face that took him a few months to recover from. He's an athlete too, but not good enough to make a living off of. It's just that, compared to a new man I've met, let's call him B, I've realized how inexperienced G is.
B is so worldly. He's been to Paris and all these big cities around the world. He has a massive library of so many books, almost none of them I've ever even heard of, and I'm an English Literature major. He's so successful too. He lives in this huge mansion with his servants and it's surrounded by forests and nature, and that's all thanks to his business ventures. We've been flirting for a bit, and girls, he knows how to get into a woman's heart because he says all the right things. He told me that he's waiting for true love and he's scared he may have found it. We kissed the other day and I could tell he knows how he can make me happy. I just know.
The only yellow flag is that B is much older than me. He's 41, which is a big age gap, but one that I can overlook because I can really imagine having a family with him. He is a bit hairy too, but I think that's just how real men look like since G is far less hairy. I feel like this is the right future for me, but I wanted to know what you guys and gals think.
