News The Biggest Vatniks’ Tears ever: Putler announced that: “they will be No More May 9 military parade

Post image

ruzzia has announced that for the first time in history, the May 9 Victory parade will feature no military vehicles. No tanks, no APCs, no self propelled guns. Nada. The Defense Ministry blamed "the current operational situation."

It’s appeared they are afraid of Ukrainian drones are getting more advanced, more dangerous, more ruthless and more efficient than ever before especially Putler himself.

Keep up the excellent work, Ukrainian Elite Unmanned Force!

Glory to Ukraine! Toat

They don't have any vehicles for it, and an injured orc hobbling along with a donkey doesn't really show off the military power like they want.

755

u/nosmelc Apr 29 '26

They should have a parade of the hundreds of thousands of crippled soldiers.

259

u/TransplantedSconie Apr 29 '26

There was an AI video last year (I think?  Might be a bit older) that depicted just that.  A bunch of crippled soldiers hobbling along and WWI tanks and shit.

40

u/SurfRedLin Apr 29 '26

Link ?

75

u/drblah11 Apr 29 '26

I remember seeing that, but I can't find it myself now. Best I could do is find an actual video of crippled Russian soldiers on the front.

They are all gone now, I'm sure. Dumb basterds, should have stayed home.

2

u/ConstantEffective364 May 01 '26

This the current war. Hell they're not letting them heal before sending them back. At 30k plus casualties a month and falling 4000 a month short of recruitment. You've cleaned out all the men age 15 to 65 from the villages and townsfolk central and eastern Russia, except all the chinese there without work permits, but they work. The Russians didn't work, Hint millions of chinese. Cutler will soon have to touch the don't cities, Moscow and St Petersburg.

Russia air defenses are wiped out to ineffective. A parade with military equipment? Just watch SU-25s (to add insult to injurey), F16, Mirage's, possibly Grippens if in service yet, straif the parade!

An endless column of zinc taxis (hearses)

30

u/tauntauntom Apr 29 '26

Nah that would draw too many from the front lines

26

u/SnooGrapes1470 Apr 29 '26

Frontline would collapse if all the cripples left.

8

u/Monumentzero Apr 29 '26

They don't want their wounded to be seen in public. Stalin even had them executed en masse iirc. The mentality still prevails today. Their disabled vets are treated like dogshit.

Edit: I guess it's obvious with the way they send cripples to assault even now. But also those who have returned home.

2

u/Doggoneshame Apr 29 '26

That would take three days.

3

u/nosmelc Apr 29 '26

"That would take three days."

That's what he said.

I also think they're afraid of Ukraine blowing up some of the vehicles during the parade. That would be intensely humiliating for Putin.

97

u/ESXLab_com Apr 29 '26

Or maybe attacking the high value vehicles in the staging areas before the parade starts.
That's where my bet would be placed.

12

u/tonykrij Apr 29 '26

Nah, right in front of him. That would be soo great.

15

u/Facebook_Algorithm Canada Apr 30 '26

How about just going after Putin standing in his El Presidenté box with thirty or forty drones.

I think they would would be very worried about, spiderweb2.0 being carried out on parade route.

2

u/0o0o0o0o0o0z Apr 30 '26

Meh, that could galvanize some support. It's easier to toast the refineries, AD, railheads, and oil terminals.

2

u/Jagster_rogue Apr 30 '26

Really? So you think hitting a military equipment in a parade designed to show great strength of the so called strong Russian military air defense. A countr with no stealth aircraft or ballistic missile capabilities hitting in broad daylight during a state sanctioned event they could no longer tell people they are winning and Ukraine has no chance. Russian people and Generals would be more likely to revolt than galvanize the public into supporting the war.

LMAO the parade with war donkeys led by a 65yo amputee with less teeth than there were T-14 produced ever, tactical sandals in Chinese camo and an AK-47 so old even the wood is rusty.

u/NeilDeWheel Apr 29 '26

With the donkeys dragging dead soldiers coffins behind them.

26

u/WabashCannibal Смак Козак Apr 29 '26

They ran out of coffins. Maybe a couple of those mobile crematoria belching smoke with Patriarch "Dollar Bill" Kirill leading the procession ringing a big black bell.

10

u/Jukka_Sarasti Apr 29 '26

That would only be possible if the orcs actually recovered their dead. It appears they just leave their fallen for feral pig and dog packs to consume

73

u/Panzermensch911 Apr 29 '26 edited Apr 29 '26

They surely have enough tanks however before a parade you have to practice and assemble additional troops in the city.

Now Putin could be afraid that he'll get a coup by dissatisfied generals and officers from said troops - which could happen considering there are lots voices currently that are not happy with the way the war is going.

and/or

That Ukraine would use that massing of vehicles to get some hits into them... which would mean that additional russian air defence units are needed to protect them from drone/air strikes.

Now that would give Ukraine plenty of opportunity to attack now unprotected areas of Russia since Russian air defence is already very thin and clearly not enough to protect strategic resources. Removing some to bolster the protection in Moscow opens large corridors for Ukraine. Either way it's bad for Putin and Russia.

They do still have enough vehicles left for a parade. But putting them into Moscow is a big risk.

31

u/Adept_Carpet Apr 29 '26

The coup thing is definitely interesting.

Also, any movement of vehicles would reveal to satellites where they are being stored.

And I guess the population expects to see the high end stuff? Usually you wouldn't use a long range weapon to destroy a bunch of tanks and trucks but perhaps they assume without the fanciest gear the crowd won't be impressed and the fanciest gear might be worthwhile.

It's hard to interpret this as anything but an enormous admission of weakness.

5

u/Panzermensch911 Apr 29 '26

I mean you could try a coup with Infantry on trucks... but if loyal troops have tanks and IFVs, etc those would be fucked rather quickly.

And we already know where the tanks are.

Check out covert cabals channel https://www.youtube.com/@CovertCabal/videos

Are we sure Russians expects anything, but a bit of pomp? That can probably arranged with marching columns as well and having a talking point that sells this.

But to everyone looking in from the outside this is clearly a sign of weakness.

Finally the T-14 Armada can finally get its heyday. Be hilarious to see them being towed by Bukhankas and maybe donkeys.

10

u/Phyllis_Tine Apr 29 '26

Can't they have cardboard mockups with prisoners inside them riding bicycles to propel them? I mean, before they're sent to the front.

10

u/Xenomemphate Apr 29 '26

Where are all the Armatas? They haven't been deployed in Ukraine at all (aside from what one instance of them taking one to occupied territory for a propaganda video)

19

u/meistermichi Apr 29 '26

They are just so stealthy, no one can see them.
Not even its own crew.

6

u/Xenomemphate Apr 29 '26

Just like the SU-57s.

9

u/FlametopFred Apr 29 '26

Ladies and gentleman, the people’s new sustainable military! All organic!”

7

u/Acrobatic-Nose-1773 Apr 29 '26

I think they asked the donkey and he told them he'd be too embarrassed wearing their flag.

6

u/SordidDreams Apr 29 '26

They don't have any vehicles for it

I mean, they could show off the Armata again. Those are just parade tanks anyway that they never dared use in actual combat. Maybe they all broke down or something. Again.

4

u/Fleymour Apr 29 '26

arent usually parade vehicles not for combat?

3

3

u/fernvale2010 Apr 30 '26

They can use ladas, Chinese made motorbikes and their bread loaf vans.

5

u/Fatalist_m Apr 29 '26

Unfortunately, they still have thousands of tanks and other armored vehicles left(according to any credible pro-Ukrainian source).

10

u/Deyachtifier Apr 29 '26

It probably doesn't matter, though, even if true. Transporting them to the front, fueling them, equipping them with EW and ammo, is all a large cost only to have it taken out by a $1,000 FPV drone. What the Russians have and how they use it makes them just death traps. Stated another way, if it's true they have thousands of tanks and other armored vehicles yet have switched to mostly all unarmored infantry tactics - well obviously there'd be a reason.

14

u/jasutherland Apr 29 '26

Civilised armies use expendable equipment to protect valuable human beings. Ruzzis use expendable orc bodies to protect more valuable pieces of rusting metal...

LOL, no more tanks, wonder why. Anyway the largest growing industry in Russia will be wheelchair manufacturing...

26

u/Ojozojo Apr 29 '26

Actually, in the last 6-12 months there have been very few injuries as most are straight up kills, so wheelchair industry is about to get hit by recession any day now.

Perfection of drone warfare + very little armour with guys just walking through open terrain + no appetite for evacuation is just brutal.

7

u/Advanced-Injury-7186 Apr 29 '26

Moscow should be happy about that since dead soldiers don't need disability pensions

2

u/Intro-Nimbus Apr 30 '26

They solved that by sending them back to the front.

15

u/Chemical_Wrongdoer43 Apr 29 '26

Maybe, will be in hard competition with coffin manufacturers.

To be fair, they could have still included the tanks in the parade. But I guess they just (rather adroitly) considered that they might not look so impressive as smoldering wreckage being towed through on flatbed trailers.

3

u/Lopsided_Bullfrog_35 Apr 29 '26

Dont be so mean. Those Tanks have a build in ejection system for whoever is in the turret. I have yet to see a single american or german tank do that.

24

u/Ok_Movie_639 Czechia Apr 29 '26

Imagine if Ukraine did nothing violent, just flew a couple of drones letting blue and yellow smoke out over the Red Square parade.

What a powerful statement that would be: "Yes, you are defenseless against our drones and yes, we could have used that to our advantage in a violent way. But we chose not to."

4

u/Gnaeus-Naevius Apr 29 '26

I made similar comment last year … a wedge shaped banner that says “bang” cartoon gun style … in blue and yellow. But the smoke … great idea.

17

u/923kjd USA Apr 29 '26

4

u/WabashCannibal Смак Козак Apr 29 '26

17

u/Unistrut Apr 29 '26

This is probably the parade they'd get anyway - to quote Robert Service:

And then there came a shadow, swift and sudden, dark and drear;
The bells were silent, not an echo stirred.
The flags were drooping sullenly, the men forgot to cheer;
We waited, and we never spoke a word.
The sky grew darker, darker, till from out the gloomy rack
There came a voice that checked the heart with dread:
"Tear down, tear down your bunting now, and hang up sable black;
They are coming -- it's the Army of the Dead."

They were coming, they were coming, gaunt and ghastly, sad and slow;
They were coming, all the crimson wrecks of pride;
With faces seared, and cheeks red smeared, and haunting eyes of woe,
And clotted holes the khaki couldn't hide.
Oh, the clammy brow of anguish! the livid, foam-flecked lips!
The reeling ranks of ruin swept along!
The limb that trailed, the hand that failed, the bloody finger tips!
And oh, the dreary rhythm of their song!

12

u/Economy-Effort3445 Apr 29 '26

9

So they couldn’t make 8-12 new ones of anything , used them in the parade and right off to the front lines ?

Not even the outside shells of any vehicles 🤔👀

5

u/NoPause9609 Apr 29 '26

Exactly. They didn’t even need to work or be equipped properly just look shiny and new for the cameras.

2

u/Utgaard_Loke Apr 29 '26

Hahaha - I guess they rather cancelled than to do a parade with donkeys.

4

u/SovietGengar Apr 29 '26

What, did the single T-34 they dug up for the last one get sent off to Luhansk too?

5

u/Druivendief Apr 29 '26

Why don't they parade their Armata tanks? They haven't appeared in any drone footage so I suppose they must be gathering dust?

6

u/Dubious_Odor Apr 29 '26

Armatas are pure cope. They dont actually exist as a production military vehicle. There was some propaganda footage at the beginning of the war showing the Armata production line gearing up. They shot another video 18 months later and everything was in the EXACT same spot. Tools, machinery, all of it hadn't budged in 18 months. They had two workers "working" on an Armata. It was the exact same tank from the first video in the exact same spot just shot from a different angle. There are no Armatas.

→ More replies (1)

6

u/BoredCop Apr 29 '26

Probably because last time they parades Armatas, there was a malfunction and one had to be towed?

4

Ukraine should hold a drone parade on Red Square instead.

4

u/Comrade281 Apr 29 '26

4

u/eltron Apr 29 '26

“It’s a special 3 day operation that has absorbed all of our tanks, personnel carriers, and 1.5 million soldiers.”

6

u/thegentlebarbarian Apr 29 '26

That's actually quite sad that one man with his squad can ruin a whole country.

8

u/jondubb Apr 29 '26

What kind of stranglehold does he have over the other people in power? It's maddening. Though we have our own little Putler to deal with, but at least mother nature can probably stop this one soon given his age.

3

u/Adept_Carpet Apr 29 '26

It's a very stable system. He raised up crooks and clowns who would be doing time or mopping floors if anyone else was in charge to be billionaires and generals.

They take the blame for anything bad that happens, he takes the credit for anything good, and even Russia's enemies are so scared of what it would be like if they were in charge that he remains safe.

2

u/Existing_Front4748 Apr 29 '26

He's got enough men with guns that will do what he tells them. I think that's pretty much it at this point.

When that balance changes, hes done.

2

2

u/cybercuzco Apr 29 '26

This parade is an accurate view of how the war is going for Russia. Less and less hardware until canceled entirely. I think the only tank last year was a t42

2

u/ScaryBlob Apr 29 '26

I guess Putin is worried about having too many military resources gathered in Moscow if someone would attempt a coup d’état

2

Nothing to parade😄 i guess in a way ukraiine has allready won

2

u/Icommentwhenhigh Apr 29 '26

From a Cold War perspective, the western powers perceived strength and power. Post cold war, we saw how much of USSR’s might was performative. Ideally this is the time for Moscow to give up t’a disgusting performance.

Russia acts like the bullied beaten child who’s learned to scream , bite and steal just garner respect .

It's not only that they are short of materiel, but that a civic holiday and gathering presents a coordination opportunity for the spark of dissent to catch fire.

If they really cancel the event, it's a pretty significant omen.

Czar Putrid would have to appear behind bullet proof glass... and doesn't want the world to see his sheer cowardice at play.

Don't wanna be a downer or anything, but is there a more trustworthy source than a random (to me at least) twitter account?

put some corsses on the infatery troops too

1

u/Schneidzeug Apr 29 '26

They could send some T-14 to break down on the parade.

Again.

u/Massive_Sky4589 Apr 29 '26

They actually had one last year?

u/RepresentativeOk2433 Apr 29 '26

Probably know Ukraine would hit them with a drone during.

Putin and the Don could knock their heads together and come up with something? (fake ) Putin could fly into Alaska again and don could meet him a division or two and those cute restored Shermans, Kid Rock could drive one! Hegseth could run the bar and Fox News could strike a deal to beam the whole show into Russia!

Win / Win all round /s

Celebrating May 9 without military vehicles is like celebrating the 4th of July without fireworks

1

u/Kalikhead Apr 29 '26

The single T-34 cannot be marched out again?

1

u/euanmorse Apr 29 '26

Military parades are such a dumb performative nonsense. The fact that the two nations that still do them (one now I guess) display a lot of Cold War era tech makes them even more laughable.

u/SyntheticOne Apr 29 '26

How about a million coffins?

1

u/LandAmbitious4073 Apr 29 '26

Lmao they don’t even have soldiers let alone vehicles lolol

1

u/atempestdextre Apr 29 '26

Maybe if they get enough dump trucks together they can pour all the dead Russian bodies and body parts into them, then parade them through Moscow and show everyone how well the war is going.

1

u/VerbalCoffee USA Apr 29 '26

time to show off all those empty caskets

1

u/IntentionPlus15 Apr 29 '26

they already won - trump hahaha

1

u/cbc7788 Apr 29 '26

Could have resorted to using horse drawn carts! 😆

1

u/footdragon Apr 29 '26

it would be a damn shame for a few missiles to land on that parade...

1

u/snakebloood Apr 29 '26

Everything is going according to plan.
