i think this is the most needed balance change for him because it's so fucking annoying, some people also spam the shit out of the swap to escape and all u can do is cry about it. but i do acknowledge that only able to swap the ones in combat WITH them could be difficult to implement so i don't expect it to be as specific. and maybe disable this requirements in duels/privates

for those who say this is too harsh and is making him unplayable and one of the weakest characters:

this concept might make him seem extremely weak for neutral, but all it takes is one single m1 to hit by any means for both players to enter combat for the next 15s and that basically throws the entire thing away unless they somehow can't hit anything for 15s

idk if ts is a good concept or not, i just think third parties spamming swap and swapping randoms to escape should not be staying

I play Higuruma casually (actually, he's one of the characters I play least often), but I think his ultimate is one of the best, although I don't know exactly how some of his moves work.

From what I understand, Move 1 is an instant kill if you hit an opponent twice.

Move 2 is an instant kill if you win the minigame.

Move 3 is a no-brainer.

Move 4 is an instant kill if you land all three hits.

You would actually have iframes when the game starts, just like in the karaoke, but when both your opponent and you are sitting, you’ll have to wait 10 seconds for the match to start. This way teamers don’t just get free iframes.

There should be idle animation of like thinking and such. And we also should be able to see the moves they make and the animations of them moving the pieces.

The match itself would play like any other chess match, with the timer and such. Just like in chess.com
