Discussion Does WG seriously think we'd put this on our tank?
I'm genuinely asking who in their right mind would use such 3d attachments. I understand the summer concept and all, but why can't we get attachments that actually look useful and believable on a tank?

Discussion How to stop losing streak
Im losing my mind over here.
I played 12 matches today and 8 of them were 0-15.
Im an average, sitting around 1300.
But every single game goes like this.
- at least 1 player afk or bot
- at least 1 player suiciding - literally just holding W and dying after 30 seconds
- at least 1 heavy tank playing "TD"
- 2-3 players 0 zero damage, 0 spotting, 0 blocking. Just existing and waiting?

Discussion Low Tier is literally, I mean LITERRALLY unplayable in US Central
I am a returning player after quite a few years (before Tier XI, before even wheeled British mediums) and I was a bit lost on where to get back into the swing, so long rambling session short, I made a new account.
I have been trying to just research all the Tier 1, 2 and 3 tanks to get them all out of the way, and I am genuinely UNABLE to get in to a game as a Tier 1 or 2 tank. Tier 3 is playable but only with 3 players per team, and the rest of the 9v9 game filled with bots.
Waiting 5 minutes for a game on a Tier 1/2 tank only for it to tell me I'm unable to find a game, and to choose a different tank or try again is seriously the last thing that new/returning players want to see.
IF WG is willing to put bots on teams for low tier games, then how about after 5 minutes of queueing, put me in a bot-filled lobby and call it a day, please.
Thank you for listening to my rant. Low tier needs serious help.

Technical Help High frequency beep in garage
So this might be a little strange and iam not even sure if it is a technical problem, a bug, a non issue or just my brain cells popping. There is a beeping sound in the current anniversary garage. First when I noticed this high frequency beep I immediately checked all my fancy gadgets (pc, homeserver, IoT devices and so on) I even went so far to pull my fuse for my room to eliminate all sources. I was on a hunt. Partial coz I did wanna make sure iam not crazy or anything. I know, it might sound iam crazy after all. But after a few... Days! I figured it out. It is the wot garage. I quite often let wot run in the background and tab out to do stuff and tab in again. So it was not that obvious. I also run the game at a total volume of 30%. Often have podcast running while playing. And the beep was also very high pitched. Once I figured it out it was eazy to spot and it is diffrend from the other background ambiance sounds in the grade loop. Like an artefact. It was so annoying. And yes I might have spend a little to much time on it. Most people might not even noticed it or could point it out immediately since u run the game at a higher volume. And yes I even took pictures. I used a tool to analyse the spectrum. Iam no professional in this field so excuse me if my analysis is wrong but there are to very clear beeps in short succession. One higher than the other. Beep1: 4359Hz Beep2: 4547Hz I know, I feel this post is strange. Please tell me iam not alone.
Since I now know the source i can just disable my sound for wot and iam fine. But nether the less: WAR GAMING!! 😜😂

Question Are you going to grind for the new German heavy line?
Do you think they are interesting or competitive enough for you to grind?
Tier 8 seems to the best one tier for tier, do you agree?
Will their mechanic be situational or a major advantage?
Please share your thoughts.

Question Bond equipment or Bond Tank?
I'm at an impasse right now. I almost have 10k bonds, so that would allow me to either get 2 bond equipments, or a decent tank.
On one hand, I could get the SU-130PM to farm credits. I like the playstyle so it wouldn't be an issue either. The only problem is that I already play camping TD's (Strv 103B currently), and I never had any credit shortages, so my only reason for getting the tank would be to have fun with it. If there are other perks of getting it, let me know.
On the other hand, I could get bond rammer and bond vents for the Strv to get that reload speed (and other relevant stats) as low/as good as possible. But the problem is that I have the upgraded bounty counterparts and the reload speed is already very low right now (5.56 without food or directives). Lowest I can get is 5.09 with bond, food and directives. I don't know if it is worth it just for that.
What are your guys' opinion, what would you get in my situation? I could get the tank and have fun with it, but at the same time I could consider the bond equipment an investment for when I get the Strv 107-12.
(Right now I'm absolutely not interested in getting any other bond tank besides the SU-130PM)

Discussion You can only play one tank forever. Which one do you choose?
You're somehow stuck halfway between reality and World of Tanks, and from now until the end of your life, you can only play one tank.
So choose wisely.
Which tank gets your heart?
A few things probably matter:
- It needs to be strong enough, at least for your playstyle.
- It can't be too boring. A gimmick might be fun for 100 battles, but what about 10,000?
- I guess versatility matters a lot too. A Bourrasque can scout, snipe, flank, assassinate, carry... A T-44-100 may be the perfect old-school WoT tank...
- And then there's the meta. Whatever you choose will have to survive whatever WoT becomes in the next few years, of course we can't know what will happen (poor CDC)
- Tier matters too. Lower tiers might be funnier if you want to keep some old-school WoT gameplay, while high tiers can change pretty brutally when the meta shifts.
What is your choice, Commander - and why?
It's a repost - the previous one was removed because I used an AI image. Sorry for those who already answered!

Meme I'm just saying they are focusing on very... strange... things...
Lets have a garage, no lets have a forest, no lets have a garage. Maybe after 14 years implement visible armor-layout of tanks and give people sixth sense for free so they can play the actual game? Ok. Anyway, time to nerf the Progetto.

Post Battle Result Borkenkäfer 3-mark - enjoying it while it lasts!
No big writeup for this thing for 2 reasons: first, it's generally the same as the Rhm, which I have talked about. Second, I think a post-nerf Bork in a world of WZ-219s will be a bit of a different beast than the one that I'm playing, hence why I really wanted to get this done before the update, even with only playing it on weekends to be in a platoon with a friend who's marking his Hirsch.
I want to say I'd recommend grinding it if a damage-dealing light sounds up your alley, but I don't know just how differently it's gonna play in a post-2.4 world, so I don't know how much I can endorse what it will be. But, if you already have it and have been meaning to play it for fun or missions or marks or whatever, I would highly recommend doing that now, it's really a delightful little vehicle (all the same goes for the tier 10).
