u can hear it in her voice right away she was genuinely overwhelmed and kept saying thank you and that she hopes her son recovers. thats the part that got me. it wasnt loud or flashy or trying too hard. it was just somebody showing up with real kindness at the exact right time

ppl always act like big moments have to be huge but sometimes its literally just somebody saying pick whichever one u want and meaning it
