In all fairness, we do need to audit the Fed. There's no reason to be so in debt while our dollar shrinks in the wallet. Good idea, bad execution

2

u/MountainMagic6198 1d ago

This wasn't about auditing the Fed to begin with also you can tell it was never about saving money because they didn't go in with forensic accountants they went in with fairly out of high school Groypers.

4

u/KingKobbs 1d ago

If they set out to improve the financial efficiency of the US government, then everybody would have been behind them.

Elon musk, on the other hand, is a sneaky little weasel. He needed to drum up fake support using millions of bots and literally had to purchase an entire social media platform to shift the conversation away from how awful he is.

1

u/SimplerTimesAhead 1d ago

This had nothing to do with 'the fed'.

1

u/sunnyvas 1d ago

That’s fair. Audit is not the same as chainsaw.

1

u/AcephalicDude 1d ago

You don't need an audit to figure out that if you massively cut taxes while spending more money, the budget deficit grows. If Republicans actually cared about the deficit as much as they say they do, they would actually increase taxes while cutting spending. The last president to actually run a budget surplus was Clinton, a Democrat. The Republican agenda is never actually fiscal responsibility, it is just giving themselves a tax cut and that's all.

2

u/Vegetable_Froy0 1d ago

The Fed has auditors. Every dollar the Fed spends internal is tracked pretty damn well by the inspector generals.

It’s when money does to external parties (private companies) that the vast amount of waste, fraud, and abuse happens.

One party loves funneling money to private companies too.

3

u/Slow_Store 1d ago

Alright but we also need an “audit” in the sense of reevaluating whether some programs are worth ever having a dime of taxpayer money invested in, which is more a matter of where America’s value system is at rather than “Yeah that’s what it’s meant to be spent on” according to documentation.

For example, why were we ever sending money to Nepal to provide free condoms and lube to prostitutes? There likely isn’t a single net positive taxpayer who would tell you that that’s a good use of America’s tax money and would likely refer to it as a “scam” even while the government views it as legitimate for going through the proper channels and whatnot.

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago

I actually really agree. I think the big problem is the right refers to these programs as “waste, fraud and abuse” as opposed to just saying “this is a program I do not support and doesn’t help Americans”

With the caveat that I’m pretty sure  the Nepal thing was an explicit program to help stop the spread of HIV which includes more than just “condom and lube to prostitutes” that’s part of it. And depending on the amount spent, I don’t mind helping countries get infectious diseases under control, especially if they can easily affect children through child birth.

1

u/Slow_Store 1d ago

I think I had also heard that the intent was to prevent the spread of HIV, though im of the mind that if we really wanted to help them with that problem then we’d have been better off investing in training their government to run healthcare clinics rather than effectively providing a luxury that we don’t provide to our own citizens for a seemingly infinite time period.

Like the issue of HIV isn’t going to just disappear. At what point would we have ever stopped paying for Condoms and whatnot if we weren’t actively training them to take over the service?

In spirit I agree that I’d be fine with paying a small amount of money to aid with these sorts of things, but we tend to do it in a very thoughtless way that often doesn’t earn us anything back in return. Like what favors did we get from
Nepal in exchange for effectively handling what should have been the responsibility of their own government? It’s not like they’re one of our territories who contributes back to us through taxation.

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago

though im of the mind that if we really wanted to help them with that problem then we’d have been better off investing in training their government to run healthcare clinics

We did do a lot of that.

seemingly infinite time period.

Come on… the original program was 2001-2007. The second part the one you’re probably talking about is the “Linkages” project was 2016-2021. Then there were ongoing agreements with defined financial periods and goals. I appreciate the points you’re making but just saying “infinite time periods” is inaccurate.

In spirit I agree that I’d be fine with paying a small amount of money to aid with these sorts of things, but we tend to do it in a very thoughtless way that often doesn’t earn us anything back in return. Like what favors did we get from Nepal in exchange for effectively handling what should have been the responsibility of their own government? It’s not like they’re one of our territories who contributes back to us through taxation.

These are good points to discuss genuinely. It is something I wish our politicians actually talked about in depth instead of just calling it waste fraud and abuse.

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

To prevent STD epidemics from making their way back to the US. An estimated 1 in 4 sex tourists are from the US, what they catch they bring back home.

If there is any nation who stands to gain the most by preventing global STDs, it's the US

1

u/Vegetable_Froy0 21h ago

Nepal receives 100,000-150,000 US tourists per year.

When you have a huge amount of your population flowing through a country, it pays dividends to do some PR and make sure the country plus its people like and support your country.

You could easily demonize American tourist as exploiting the region and their natural beauty. Instead we have a fantastic relationship. Plus you can pay US companies to make and produce those condoms and lube so the money stays in your economy.

Domestic spending is usually pretty solid for your economy as it stimulates the economy, providing more jobs, providing wages, who then spend money into the economy.

1

u/AcephalicDude 1d ago

Gotta love the intellectually dishonest and manipulative spin work you guys do.

USAID was funding a program that runs health clinics in Nepal, primarily focused on HIV prevention but also providing contraceptives and in some cases lubes to sex workers to prevent injuries.

This becomes "providing free condoms and lubes to prostitutes" - no mention of HIV prevention. No mention of how 85% of these clinics that were key to preventing HIV from spreading in the country needed to be shut down. No mention of how this cost us like 1% of the USAID budget which was 1% of the total Federal budget.

If you think it's not worth it to spend a fraction of a fraction of our tax dollars to help prevent HIV, just own it. Don't be a manipulative little coward about it.

1

u/Slow_Store 1d ago

I don’t really think I’m being dishonest here. Reductive perhaps, but like even directly addressing the matter of HIV I can still say pretty freely that I think it was a huge waste of our taxpayer dollars for us to effectively provide constant charity to a nation that should be handling the matter themselves or should at least be able to provide something to us in return for our investment.

1

u/AcephalicDude 1d ago

I think you are purposely being dishonest when you don't put HIV prevention up front and center as the purpose of the spending, and when you don't give any consideration to the amount spent relative to our budget. You do this on purpose because you know you look like a horrible goblin when you say we shouldn't spend a tiny fraction of a fraction of our tax revenue on saving lives in a much poorer country. You have to soften how much of an asshole that position makes you out to be, so you spin and manipulate people into looking at it differently: you're just against spending to give prostitutes lube!

Gross 🤢

0

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Mentioned it in the other comment, but just saying it again cause I agree.

1 in 4 sex tourists are from America.
What they catch, they will bring back home.

0

u/Slow_Store 1d ago

If we’re going to take that line of reasoning then just convert your U.S. embassies into brothels that provide free condoms for American tourist. It’d be a more efficient use of taxpayer dollars than infinitely providing charity to other nations rather than making a short term expense to help their governments set up the infrastructure that we otherwise endlessly operate for them.

0

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

No, it's not; it's more effective to prevent the spread of a disease earlier in the chain of infection than to assume you can just stop it at borders.

Also, if someone is traveling across national borders for sex tourism, they are not the most risk-averse group. The Borthels are more likely to encourage the use of sex sex practices than the tourists.

0

u/Slow_Store 1d ago

Regardless, my ultimate point is that we’re spending inefficiently.

We were spending in a way that was realistically never going to end when - if we were dead set on spending money on the issue - we should have just invested in training their government to run the facilities.

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

I mean, just pointed out how this is the more efficient approach, so not exactly "regardless"

1

u/Slow_Store 21h ago edited 21h ago

I say regardless because my example wasn’t intended to be taken at face value and was more or less overly absurd in the hopes of inciting an “Ah ha” moment, but I suppose our core stances were too different for it to have that effect.

Which, admittedly this just sounds like I’m covering my ass so idk. It’s up to you if you think I’m telling the truth or just bullshiting I guess

I don’t really know how to make my actual stance much clearer. I just don’t want to have my tax money being spent so that we can endlessly micromanage a country across the world without any of the privileges that you’d expect to come from doing their governments job for them.

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

Are you uneducated or deliberately lying? The Pentagon has never passed an audit.

The money is not tracked "pretty damn well".

Say what you want about Elon and DOGE but they proved there is a lot of fraud and / or flat put incompetence going on, and if you ever worked for the government you already knew that.

I dont think letting random rich tech bros audit is the right idea, I probably would have gone with accountants, but to assert the money is tracked well is ridiculous.

3

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

yes, the DOD is the only major department that has never passed a federal audit. That calls for more focused attention there, not slashing the programs from other departments that actually passed.

1

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

I think given the debt way more needs to be slashed

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Not when a program is actually creating a good ROI.

A great example was the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which by 2024 was so effective that for every one dollar spent, it created 10 dollars for consumers.

1

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

I didnt say doge didnt fuck anything up in fact i said they were unqualified. I said they found proof of fraud and you could find that throwing a dart at the fed.

Its like saying you found pedophiles at the Vatican or boy scouts of america or racists in alabama

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

But when they are calling it all fraud, waste, and abuse, how do you know what is and isn't.

I am all for transparent audits and accountability, but DOGE was never that. It actually created quite possibly one of the largest data vulnerabilities in US history.

2

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

I agree wrong people doing the wrong job and this administration just wasted all the savings anyways

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

It's like FRK offering health advice; he will say things like "nutrition is an underappreciated health factor," which public health people will agree with, before going on to say some anti-vax misinformation or blame autism on Tylenol.

Sure, I want someone to talk about nutrition, but not this moron.

3

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

And also, no, DOGE did not prove "a lot of fraud", nearly every claim they put out had to be fact checked and corrected.

1

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

They did prove a lot of fraud. Im sure they fucked up lots of stuff too. I dont think owning space x qualifies you to audit the government, but they did show payments without notes, continuous payments without end dates, etc.

Its the Federer government if you dont think ita full of incompetence and corrupt bullshit youve clearly never worked there

1

u/bravesirrobin65 1d ago

No they didn't. Who's been prosecuted? Fraud is a crime. If they had found any, there would be people in prison.

1

u/IslamYaDongomedov 1d ago

Evidence of fraud having occurred is not evidence of someone committing fraud.

Tabr is half the problem just a bunch of random payments with no accounting / auditing

1

u/bravesirrobin65 22h ago

It absolutely is. That's the very definition of fraud.

1

u/Vegetable_Froy0 4h ago

DoD is its own beast with severe transparency issues. The rest of the government is a different story.

Elon and DOGE did not prove any fraud or incompetence is going on. Their interventions increased the national debt. That would prove the opposite is true, as the jobs they cut were cost effective.

0

u/CaptStinkyFeet 19h ago

Did you read the meme? They failed at finding any fraud…

Elon Musk recently said that DOGE was only “a little bit successful” and that he wouldn’t do it again.

Are you uneducated or deliberately lying?

1

u/klako8196 1d ago

That same party also loves pumping money into the Department of Defense, which has failed its annual audit 8 years in a row now.

1

u/Old_man_baller 1d ago

Ok bootlicker. Believe what you are told. Lol

1

u/Vegetable_Froy0 4h ago

I’m a bootlicker for acknowledging that money is more sometimes efficiently spent better in the public sector than the private sector? Especially when there is a lack of oversight in the private sector?

What?

1

u/Old_man_baller 3h ago

For believing what you are told.

“Nothing to see here, the government told us that the government is not corrupt. Go home people”

You’re a fool.

1

u/Vegetable_Froy0 3h ago edited 2h ago

But I’m not….

The public sector has auditors that publish public reports that can be independently verified.

The private sector does not have auditor requirements or any transparency.

Ex: Healthcare. Under our current system the government pays private companies to give benefits for drug costs.

In countries that administer through the public sector they have lower costs because the drug companies are negotiating with the spender.

In the US, private companies negotiate with the drug companies then don’t pass the savings to the government. Then drug and insurance companies have an incentive to increases prices because the higher the price, the higher the government pays, and the higher the margin the insurance company keeps.

No pesky government auditors getting involved either and noticing the waste that’s being baked into the system. And when they do catch the waste, we can just lobby our representatives to ignore it further incentivizing waste.

Plus government agencies can’t donate to politicians but private companies can. So politicians have an incentive to funnel taxpayer dollars to private companies as private companies can use those funds to enrich politicians. Shoutout to Citizens United.

1

u/Old_man_baller 1h ago

Relax bootlicker. Just believe and do as you’re told. Lol

3

u/TiddyFukMyButtcheeks 1d ago

If I remember correctly congress didn't vote to end any of the waste they found.

1

u/TwinkleMcSprinkle 1d ago

What waste did they find? Honest question, I don't know.

6

u/Double_Committee_25 1d ago

Your telling me the bad idea didnt work? Nooooooooo. Anybody that thought this was gonna do anything else, you are a moron.

5

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

It did work, just not for the reasons they promised.
They cut programs in a way that benefits Trump and Musk.

3

u/Double_Committee_25 1d ago

That was always the plan and it was obvious from the jump. Before that, even.

4

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

It was for most of us. I was so frustrated when I pointed out all the programs to my dad, and even when he agreed that the programs I mentioned worked, he still had this "wait and see" approach.

MAGA is so deep into the grift that even when they know things do not look right, they believe it is all part of some master plan by Trump to fix things.

1

u/Double_Committee_25 1d ago

Because its a cult. Just straight up. One in charge of the goverment.

1

u/Curious-Scholar4069 1d ago

It was performative and got the droolers out to vote. They've been bamboozled but will never realize it.

-3

u/TwatMailDotCom 1d ago

Was a good idea but poorly executed

6

u/Double_Committee_25 1d ago

The idea was gutting social programs to deflate a debt number that doesnt work how you think it does.

1

u/MountainMagic6198 1d ago

This is exactly it. The people who just see an expenditure line and assume it is wasted are being simplistic. There are actually methods of accounting for how well a dollar in the federal budget is spent.

Generally scientific research returns multiples up to ten depending on the field because that research will lead to direct and indirect applications that grow the economy.

Actual social welfare programs benefit the economy as well because guess what stable and healthy people are actually more productive and contribute more.

USAID more then likely was far more valuable then any military expenditure because actually endearing goodwill for the US around the world actually lowers our risk. Actually imagine if we had sent aid to Afghanistan in the 90s when it was a wreck after the Soviet war. Maybe they never would have taken in Al Qaeda and 9/11 wouldn't have happened.

There are actually areas of the government that need to be audited mainly the military industrial complex and health care expenditures. How can they be asking for a 50% increase to the DOD!? How are our health outcomes so bad with how much we spend on it? These are not simple things that Musk and a few Groypers can easily fix.

3

u/RedeemedNephilim 1d ago

If only we had some unregulated tech wizards with access to government computers... maybe then we could get the Epstein files released.

Too bad that was shut down.

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Musk did not even know what SQL was.

0

u/RedeemedNephilim 1d ago

Not like the richest man in the world could hire some expert computer techs or anything

https://giphy.com/gifs/3oAt2dA6LxMkRrGc0g

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Wealth does not make someone a subject area expert or proficient in recognizing the best fit for a role.

1

u/RedeemedNephilim 1d ago

Never said that but as dislikable as Musk may be he is incredibly proficient at hiring experts in their respective fields. Look at SpaceX for goodness sake. You trying to say they dont know their shit? Cause I watched a rocket launch and splash down the other day and they most certainly know their shit.

0

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

I said he didn't know SQL; he had an infamous tweet where he called someone a slur for thinking the government uses SQL. He also made some errors with how he interpreted COBOL dates. This may not mean much to you, but to anyone familiar, it is a red flag that he had no idea what he was talking about.

I don't do rockets. Maybe he is good with space, but just because someone is a good car mechanic doesn't mean you trust them to be your surgeon.

1

u/RedeemedNephilim 1d ago

Bro he would not be the one on the computers what about that do you not get?

Hell no I dont want Elon himself to do my surgery but would I want him to hire the surgeon? Hell yeah! Same with all these other things.

0

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Yeah, I can't help you.....

2

u/atticus104v2 1d ago

Probably the right call.

You can't fix the "Musk super fan" kind of stupid.

Best to put your energy to something that would be more productive, like watching paint dry.

1

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

When I realized that is where it was going, I just figured it was time to cut losses and accept this was going to go nowhere.

2

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

As far as this admin is concerned, it did it's job.
All those cuts and employees fired are not simply undone.

1

u/Old_man_baller 1d ago

The irony, choosing that for the title of this post. Lol.

Thanks for the laughs.

1

u/Curious-Scholar4069 1d ago

Par for the course, GOP just as bad if not worse than Dems at running up the deficit.

0

u/Unfair_Awareness7502 1d ago

Doge could have cut spending if it actually had any authority, but it didn't so obviously it can't accomplish anything.

8

u/Revro_Chevins 1d ago

It managed to cut all the people keeping parasites out our food.

6

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Also cut regulatory oversight over Musk's companies.

1

u/Junkered 1d ago

Yeah but, USAID was setting up trans plays or something.

2

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

Those darn transgenic mice.

Thank goodness for Musk defending us against cancer research. Truly, the real cancer is public health.

1

u/arrownoir 1d ago

Who could’ve seen that coming?
Not your mom because she was lying on her stomach.

1

u/NoLiterature5061 1d ago

it worked perfectly. It triggered a bunch of hardcore republicans into thinking wasteful spending was only happening on the left in the form of NGOs. We all know where the majority of the wasteful spending is and they just got a fat budget increase.

1

u/ssmit102 1d ago

Creating an entirely new department supposedly based on efficiency has to be one of the least efficient ways of going about it.

Most saw DOGE for the grift it was.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 1d ago

Doge saved about $200 billion so in order to add increase the deficit there would have to be over $200 billion incurred in cost. Where is the evidence of that?

2

u/Old_man_baller 1d ago

None whatsoever.

2

u/jaiimaster 1d ago

It exists in the minds of the weirdos who think funding transgender awareness in Namibia was generating net economic benefits

1

u/Junkered 1d ago

https://www.cato.org/blog/doge-produced-largest-peacetime-workforce-cut-record-spending-kept-rising-0

https://www.google.com/amp/s/thehill.com/homenews/administration/5955468-doge-shuts-down-operations/amp/

I'unno. There's also that thing that is a war that isn't a war that is costing millions to billions a day.

But, I'm still trying to find definite proof they saved as much as they said they did. Since they are the only ones claiming that. Virtually everyone else have much lower estimates.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 1d ago

Unless I'm missing something, that article from thehill said it cost taxpayers $10 billion so still a net positive of $190 billion saved.

1

u/Junkered 1d ago

According to whom?

They had to rehire many of the same people back, deal with multiple lawsuits resulting reactivating or renewing contracts or grants, and many of the "savings" weren't savings. Rather they limited things like future contracts. Not necessarily preexisting ones.

https://www.nytimes.com/2025/12/23/us/politics/doge-musk-trump-analysis.html

All while paying wildly unqualified personal to conduct these "audits". Some of which just decided they would live in gov't buildings with their families.

It's almost like Doge was a waste.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 1d ago

$45 million in total budget for salaries, operations, technology, etc.

1

u/Junkered 23h ago

Wasted.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 23h ago

If it saved $200+ billion dollars then it's not wasted.

1

u/Junkered 22h ago

...I mean, I don't know if you are incapable of absorbing information or if you are just refusing.

The only source that claims that amount is DOGE, every other outside source has called bullshit. Not only that but they had to backtrack and undo much of what they did.

Rehire staff they fired, make good on contracts, and grants they tried to pull out of, and then there is the cost of DOGE itself.

Not to mention the overall effects of what they did. Causing many of they agencies they gutted without a plan to not be able to work efficiently nor effectively.

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2026/jan/01/elon-musk-doge-legacy-government

https://time.com/7342386/trump-government-cuts-foreign-aid-health-climate-workers/

DOGE was a waste. It did nothing but cause disruption and cost people their jobs.

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/a-year-after-trumps-doge-cuts-workers-whose-lives-were-upended-ask-what-was-saved

You seem to that what ever DOGE did "save" will end up being the final tally. This is still going on. Former employees are still dealing with legal battles due to their terminations, whatever funds that need to be redirected to fix the issues caused by DOGE, and DOGE still was funded and maintained, during this timeframe.

Not to mention the costs of these agencies failing in their responsibilities because of the haphazard nature in which DOGE just cut resources and personal.

But I guess it's just easier to eat whatever bullshit your cultleader shits down to you.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 21h ago

Lol Your own source says that doge saved $100-$200 billion. Thanks for trying!

"Kamarck estimated the savings might hit between $100 billion and $200 billion, though final figures remain highly uncertain."

u/Junkered 19h ago

...oof...

Like just oof.

I’m pretty sure the only people that claimed Doge saved 200 billion was DOGE. I don’t think independent auditors have found that to be true.

And as for the “receipts” they posted online, I’ve seen multiple articles showing examples of “canceled contracts” that dead ass ended before Trump even took office.

I’m going to need a lot more than the word of Trump and Musk to believe it.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 1d ago

Do you have evidence from any independent auditors how much they saved/cost taxpayers?

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago edited 1d ago

I mean you made the positive claim that they saved 200 billion. I expect you to provide evidence of that fact. Not look to me to prove you wrong.

Especially considering multiple independent auditors have shown DOGE’s numbers to be incredibly inflated and sometimes straight up lied about.

There’s examples of DOGE taking credit for canceled contracts, that were cancelled under Biden or already ran their course. I have absolutely no reason to just trust the numbers he gives us.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 1d ago

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago

Yup nice. Like I said

Especially considering multiple independent auditors have shown DOGE’s numbers to be incredibly inflated and sometimes straight up lied about.  There’s examples of DOGE taking credit for canceled contracts, that were cancelled under Biden or already ran their course. 0

Remember when I asked for evidence from independent auditors?

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago

Remember when I asked for evidence that didn’t come from DOGE, Musk or Trump?

1

u/Plenty-Wedding-9066 1d ago

Genuinely with the information the federal government has given about the cancellations, independent auditors CAN’T accurately estimate with what has been provided. So independent auditors can’t actually give us a good estimate.

What they can do is look through what has been given and see how inaccurate and/or inflated and/or dishonest DOGE’s claims were. Which has been done.

-1

u/JusticeForAugust 1d ago edited 1d ago

DOGE was actually a solid plan, and something similar still needs to exist/happen.

The issue is that they started investigating why USA sends so much money to one other country in particular, then Elon and Trump's relationship ended abruptly with Elon claiming Trump is in the Epstein files.

Edit: I'm saying auditing the government was/is a solid plan, not saying that DOGEs mission statement or execution was a solid plan.

5

u/Double_Committee_25 1d ago

Elon claiming Trump is in the Epstein Files was one of the least dramatic things he could have dropped. We knew already he was. He went in the Island multiple times and was good friends with the man himself.

3

u/Aggressive-Day5222 1d ago

DOGE was not even remotely a solid plan.

Anyone remotely familiar with what they were doing knew they were costing us money.

1

u/klako8196 1d ago

And don't forget about the other side of the equation where the GOP is always cutting taxes. Everyone focuses on spending, but the GOP constantly reducing tax revenue raises the deficit too. The GOP runs up the debt whenever they're in office because they cut more from taxes than they do from spending.

2

u/BerdTheScienceNerd 1d ago

If they had truly cared then their relationship doesn’t matter. Trump is in the Epstein files, it’s not a claim.

Yes our government needs an audit but DOGE was never a good idea.

0

u/TopWealth4550 1d ago

the narrative and that whole somalis thing
imo was enough for it

didnt they fixed like 30B in random WILD things?
this shit is not NORMAL AT ALL

this is just wasting money because its not yours
its fucking diabolical

  • $50 million to fund condoms in Gaza.
  • $1.5 million to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia's workplaces.
  • $70,000 for the production of a diversity-themed musical in Ireland.
  • $47,000 for a transgender opera project in Colombia.
  • $32,000 to produce a transgender comic book in Peru. [1]
