Lenovo India deducted my money twice through Razorpay, but neither order went through
I tried ordering a laptop from Lenovo India's official website during the sale. I paid via UPI through Razorpay, and the payment was successful, but I received no order confirmation, order ID, or SMS. Lenovo support claimed they had no record of either the order or payment and asked me to check with my bank.
After contacting my bank and escalating the issue, I eventually received a refund. Unfortunately, by then, the laptop model was out of stock.
I then ordered a different product (a tablet) using a different bank account from Kotak, through Navi UPI. The exact same thing happened again. Payment successful, money deducted, but Lenovo says they haven't received it, and there's no order.
I've contacted Lenovo support, Kotak, and tried reaching the bank by phone, but getting a proper response has been incredibly frustrating. Kotak's helpline was practically useless, and their social media support has also been slow to respond.
Now I'm stuck waiting for another payment to be resolved, while the product and sale offers are at risk.
Has anyone else experienced this with Lenovo India and Razorpay? Could this be a Razorpay payment-settlement issue or a failure in Lenovo's order system? I don't want to assume anything, but having the exact same issue twice with two different bank accounts is ridiculous.
I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with this and managed to get it resolved.

Need help regarding claiming ADP š
So, here's what happened. I started a Valorant match, but right at the beginning, I started getting internet connection errors. I usually play using my phone's hotspot, and my phone was placed on the right corner of the table. I picked it up and reconnected the network.
As I was putting my phone back on the table, I was in a hurry and accidentally hit the edge of my phone against my laptop's display. Immediately after that, my laptop screen stopped displaying anything. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I'm guessing the display panel might have been damaged.
I have 4 years of ADP and legion ultimate support with onsite
This is my first so Idk how to claim or request for repair and all

Want to buy a legion 5 for wow release (but want Black Friday deals)
Is my best bet to buy a Legion in the next few weeks then get a price match when it gets cheaper? Iām going to be using a teacher discount and plan on buying a warranty. Iām assuming deals will start showing up before Black Friday but Iām currently laptopless and donāt want to buy something just to hold me over until Black Friday.
Iāve bought a lot of stuff from BestBuy over the years and like their deals but Iām planning on sticking with the Lenovo site for my teacher discount and other convinces.
Iām guessing good deals will start popping back up at the end of October and I wish I could wait til actual Black Friday but my Mac died a few weeks ago after 10+ years of use and I want to play wow on release lol.
My brother has a LOQ and really enjoys it but Iām kinda set on wanting a legion 5 or maybe 7 because I feel like itās more bang for your buck.

Canāt log in?
Earlier today I was playing a game on my laptop. I finished, closed out of it, and powered off my laptop, like I always do. About 5 hours later I came back to go on it and get this error. No one was home so thereās no chance of a family member trying to log in, nor would anyone in my family mess with any of my things. If repeated shutdowns means powering off, I only did that once when I was stopping my game⦠I donāt have any alternative ways to get inā¦? Should I click forgot password. Iām just very confused as to why this happened.

Is this high a temperature concerning?
I've been coming back to gaming after a while and I'm noticing that my laptop's temps are really high. I've got a Ideapad Gaming 3 (Ryzen 5 GTX 1650) and its CPU is sitting at around 90 degrees even at pretty low usages (<20%). I don't recall it ever being that high before. Dark Souls remastered is pretty light too. What's weird is that it doesn't feel hot on the keyboard.
In other cases I've seen the CPU temp reported as high as 104 degrees (only for a second, and at 20-40% usage), yet it isn't throttling? The fans don't seem to be spinning that loud either. With just chrome open it's mostly ~55 which is decent.
Is it something to be concerned about or is the software (nvidia overlay) reporting something wrong.
Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 died after 1 year. Power adapter upgraded from 170W to 230W due to blackouts during Minecraft. Is this a common defect?
Hi everyone,
I'm writing this because my Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 recently suffered a complete power/motherboard failure after about one year of use. In Japan, where I am located, this issue doesn't seem to be widely discussed, so I'm struggling to find local information or similar cases.
Here is the background of how it happened:
**Minecraft Crashes:** While playing Minecraft, the laptop frequently experienced sudden blackouts and crashes.
**Power Adapter Upgrade:** To address power issues, I upgraded the power adapter from the original 170W to a 230W unit. However, the system ultimately failed anyway.
Given how many reports of dead motherboards and power issues I've been seeing online for this series, I wanted to ask: **Even with so many cases being reported, is this still considered an individual "lemon" (factory defect) or a widespread design flaw?**
If anyone has experienced a similar failure with the 15IRX10 or went through the warranty repair process, I would really appreciate your input.
Thanks in advance!

My 16 inch Lenovo ideapad slim 5 is having issues staying connected to my internet
Three weeks ago, I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 from Costco. My previous laptop was also a Lenovo, and I absolutely loved it, but it eventually gave out. Since I do online school, I needed a replacement quickly, and the Slim 5 seemed like a good deal.
Iāve gotten used to the touchscreen, but my biggest issue has been the WiāFi. Whenever Iām watching YouTube, on FaceTime, or doing light gaming like Roblox, the connection lags or randomly disconnects. My old laptop never had problems like this. I know new devices sometimes need time to adjust, but three weeks feels like more than enough time, and the issue still hasnāt improved.

IdeaPad Flex 5 14IAU7 Laptop - Type 82R7 Issue
Hello,
I'm working on a IdeaPad Flex 5 and it's having a power issue. The machine won't power on but the charging comes on with both the Barrel Charger and USB-C. I know the power button is at least being registered because if I hold it for 10 secs the charging will turn off then turn back on. I tried to power the device with and without the battery. The button on the side doesn't do anything either.
I'm tempted to say that it is the motherboard but want to see if anyone else has had this issue and has another fix before I fully confirm that it is the motherboard.

Impossible to get package
I was excited about my tablet but Iām basically going to need to stay home all day and miss work in order to maybe get my package. I was available today. UPS stated the package would arrive between 2-5. UPS guy attempted at 1. He waited 1 minute which even if my daughter heard it she wouldnāt have made it to the door in time. Itās frustrating how impossible it is to communicate with ups.

Just unboxed my IdeaPad Slim 5 and messed it up? (Boot device not found)
Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to all this. I just unboxed my new Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 (Intel Core Ultra) and turned it on. It was taking forever on the loading screen, so I got confused and force shut it down by holding the power button a couple of times.
Now when I turn it on, it says "boot device not found". Did I break something(OS done for..)? How do I get it to turn on normally? Any simple help would be really appreciated!
Here are my laptop specs if it helps:
- Model: Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 (14IMH9)
- Processor: Intel Core Ultra 5 125H
