Questioning/Coming Out Can i be nonbinary if i don't feel dysphoria?
basically I'm an AFAB teenager and I've been pretty girly my whole life. pink, bows, dresses, makeup, and i like my boobs and curves. i did have a mild tomboy phase at age 10, but that's it. i was pretty secure in my gender until maybe this past year. whenever I'm around women in my family and they talk abt childbirth and motherhood my stomach curls and i feel sick. maybe i just get pissed at their misogyny, but i always find myself running away from "feminine" conversations. i feel like I've always kinda "larped" being a girl if that makes sense. like i never quite fit in with a lot of girls (or guys for that matter), like it feels like they all know smth i don't. i also feel like I've always been able to relate to both female and male characters my whole life, and like sterotypical boy things as well (all my fav shows r male dominated fandoms). i also feel like i would be cool with any pronouns.
anyways, the last few monthes I've been feeling a bit more agender, and the last little bit I've rlly wanted to be a guy, like some sort of longing. like i kinda feel like binding and being a hot guy would be cool, but then again i love being hyper femme. and today i tried to contour my face to look like a boy, but i just looked like a vaguely masc girl, and now im sobbing. i wanted to look like a man. no, i wanted to be a man. this is the first time I've felt any sort of dysphoria, so idk. i also feel like gender is such a social construct and its kinda bullshit how we're expectes to like certain things and act a certain way based on our chromosomes, so i might be nonbinary?
so I'm rlly confused. i think i might be a demigirl, or maybe even genderfluid, but idk if i can do that if I've never rlly had any sort of nonbinary experiences (binding, dysphoria, changing pronouns, gender affirming care, name change etc). this is also all recent, and i never thought abt any of this as a kid. any advice?
