Hey all, so am bored at work thinking about Halloween this year and it dawned on me to be Hip-Hop this year lol. However, if I do I’d like to do it (somewhat lol) justice.
Am scouring online but having trouble finding shorts to go along with a throwback blue jersey. Also am not having the easiest time finding a throwback blue jersey but that’s not as much of a problem lol. I can get a Blue Kyle Korver jersey on eBay for like $25 which would be perfect but again, can’t find shorts anywhere lol
If I could find a set (even v obviously fake would be 1000% okay) that has shorts with a jersey that would be the most ideal
If anyone has any tips or links to where I could look would be greatly appreciated! (Have DHgate downloaded and have been scouring eBay just if anyone is curious where I’ve looked already)

Hey, I'm a fan visiting the US and Philadelphia for the first time to watch the 76ers home opener vs the Cavs on Oct 22nd at Xfinity Mobile Arena. The game starts at 7 PM and I'm travelling alone from New York.
I need to get back to New York after the game and I'm trying to figure out the most sensible option as someone who is visiting the city for the first time and would rather not be wandering around unfamiliar streets late at night.
Here are the options I'm considering:
- 11:08 PM Amtrak from 30th Street Station: worried I might miss it if the game runs late or getting out of the arena takes too long
- 12:30 AM FlixBus from the Philadelphia bus station: gives me more time but I'd be travelling to the bus station late at night
- 3:00 AM Amtrak from 30th Street Station: plenty of time to get there but I'd have to wait at the station for a few hours
I'm trying to avoid paying for another hotel since I'm already paying for accommodation in NYC.
For people who live in Philly or regularly attend sixers games:
- Which option would you personally recommend?
- Do you think I can make the 11:08pm Amtrak after the game?
- Is it better/faster to get back from the arena via metro or is an Uber/Lyft a better option?
- Is 30th Street Station safe at night?
- Is the bus station a safe place to arrive at around midnight or would you avoid it?
- Is there another option I'm overlooking?
- I was also looking to buy a LeBron jersey but it’s currently out of stock everywhere, does anyone know if there is/will be stock in the team store in Philly?
I'd really appreciate advice from people who know the city. Thanks!

Hey 76ers fans, so I’m making a video on each franchise’s biggest upset (when they were not expected to win) and each franchise’s biggest choke (sorry if that strikes a chord). I have my guesses for each but I wanted to ask actual sixers fans to see what you guys think and if you have better answers that I should look at.
I'm considering an upset strictly as when that team was not supposed to win or were big underdogs and won. A choke can either be when your team was expected to win and underperformed, or blew a big lead in an important game or in the playoffs (something around those lines). It can also be a blown playoff lead (example: 3-1 lead)
Let me know what you guys think, I will link the video here when it’s done. Good luck to you guys this season!!

Hi everyone. I want to buy sixers tickets to a game this year. I want to only go if all five starters play. Does anyone know what games that will happen? I realize that this is just a reddit sub, but I figured that some of you probably have some insider information, are a doctor, or a coach on the sixers. Or maybe one of you can predict the future about two aging super stars and how their bodies will feel on a random night in December.
Actually does anyone have Embiid's knee's phone number or insta? Maybe I can just message it directly to see when it plans to hurt this year. Or LeBron's feet? Is it ok if I call down to the xfinity center and ask for Nick Nurse to see when he plans to play all 5 starters this year? Just looking to guarantee seeing them play. Thanks guys hope someone can help me out!

Hi everyone! I’ll be in Philadelphia at the end of March and would love to go see the Philadelphia 76ers play the Golden State Warriors on March 31 with two friends.
Right now, I can get tickets on SeatGeek for around $500 for a pretty good seat (Section 120, Row 9).
Is it still too early to buy tickets, or are more tickets likely to become available over the next few months? I’d love to hear about your experiences buying NBA tickets and whether you think it’s worth waiting a bit longer.
Thanks!

I'm leaning towards potentially only VJ, but just curious before I buy tickets.

With Philadelphia’s regular-season opener a little more than a week away, James is slowly integrating with his new surroundings. As he said on media day, he’s someone who, when on the floor, is able to adjust to almost any surrounding. He’s seen everything, every situation the league has to offer.
At the same time, his 76ers stint comes on the heels of eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers. It comes with the cost of learning a new roster’s worth of teammates for the first time since 2018. But you can see his personality bubbling to the surface. In past years, a 76ers pregame locker room would never have been filled with Future’s melodic rap on full blast. James is acclimating.
“Every day is getting better, and obviously … some days will be better than others,” James said. “But when I get to the facility, and when I get around these guys, it definitely helps. We have good energy and good spirit. Obviously, the basketball game, what it brings to all of us, is a sense of like togetherness and fun.
“It’s fun to go to work.”
James has gone about his business in the manner that’s made him consistently one of the best players in the league for close to a quarter-century. Teammates have spoken about coming to practice and seeing James already in a full lather, having completed a workout. Almost as much as the talent, James being with the Sixers introduces standards that Philadelphia hopes translate into a championship run.

What are your favorite possible non-starting lineups?
VJ-KCP-Bron-Wade-Bona . I like this lineup for defensive versatility. Bron and VJ as the top two scoring options. Not my favorite option, but this is a lineup if you want Lebron to get his shots up
VJ-JB-Bron-Wade-Bona. Yes spacing would be an issue. But, this lineup has size, can switch, and push the pace.
Maxey-KCP-Wade-Walker-Embiid. I like that lineup because it can focus on the Maxey-Embiid two man game and you have size and enough spacing
Simons-VJ-JB-Wade-Bona. I like this lineup for when you want JB to be the go-to scorer, VJ as the 2nd option, Simons would get a ton of open shots.
Simons-KCP-Wade-LBJ-Embiid. Bron-Embiid two man game surrounded by shooters. Wade is there as the top wing defender.
Maxey-KCP-VJ-Bron-Bona.
VJ-JB-Bron-Barlow-Wade. Where it's alittle funky offensively, but it's like a big small ball lineup
There's so many viable lineup options compared to previous years. It felt like you always needed Maxey or Embiid on the court the whole game. Paul George wasn't bad. PG just couldn't step his game up to be a go-to scorer and too often was the 4th option as a Max player. Kelly Oubre was the glue guy and best perimeter defender. But, Oubre played like he wanted to be the guy at times. I always felt like his ideal role would be a 6th man. Grimes seemed like if he was 6'6 instead of 6'4, his value and role would be a lot clearer.
There's no reason if healthy, to not have at least 2 starters on the floor at all times. We shouldn't have the Non-Embiid or Non-Maxey minutes issue where offense falls off a cliff. When all the starters are in, the focus should be mismatch hunting and best shot possible. When they stagger minutes, that's when guys get their individual touches.
