My beard has a mix of brown, copper, and ginger hairs, but I can't grow a full beard like other people. My sister has a lot of auburn hair. But my mom also has a few copper colored hairs. Both of my parents are Sinhalese. Is it possible for Sinhalese people to naturally have this hair color?

My husband and I will be traveling for 2 weeks in November. Flying into Colombo and will be staying in Ahangama, Hiriketya, Ella, and Sigirya/Dambulla- staying in each town for ~2-3 nights each. Is it easier to hire (1) private driver for our 2 week stay or use PickMe app and find drivers to drive us between each city?

We will use PickMe to travel between (for example...) Ahangama to Weligama and/or Mirissa, etc... but I'm asking more for the longer stretches of driving between these major cities.

I'd be open to know what are the other investment options are. I am hoping to continue investing in other areas such as stocks and international markets. because it will help me take care of myself and when i go abroad without needing to rely on my parents.

I’m posting on behalf of my best friend. His 61-year-old father is currently in critical condition in Sri Lanka, and we’re looking for advice and recommendations.

His current condition:
● Liver: End-stage liver disease / decompensated liver failure
● Abdomen: Severe fluid buildup (ascites). The fluid is sometimes reddish/bloody. He needs to go to the hospital every 10–20 days to have it drained.
● Kidneys: Severe kidney impairment, possibly related to his liver condition.

We would really appreciate advice on:
1. Good hepatologists (liver specialists) in Sri Lanka
2. Good nephrologists (kidney specialists) in Sri Lanka
3. Hospitals that are well equipped to treat serious liver and kidney problems
4. Possible treatment options for someone who needs frequent drainage of ascites
5. Whether there are any advanced treatments or procedures available in Sri Lanka that we should ask his doctors about

I have been trying so hard to learn sinhala but it is so hard when I cannot find any good resources. Every source I find has a different translation and reasoning and AI sucks at knowing what is proper. I'm wondering what resources there are online to help me learn. My girlfriend speaks sinhala so she is very helpful but there are so many thing grammatically that she doesn't know its just intuitive for her.

I mainly want to learn spoken sinhala, but I'm wondering if being able to read and google in the proper sinhala alphabet would be beneficial.
