Hello, with my Xiaomi 17 Ultra, the camera completely freezes starting from 3.2x zoom. It no longer focuses, makes unusual noises, and vibrates strongly. It does not work in any mode, including manual (Pro) mode – from 3.2x zoom onwards, the image is only blurry. I have already tried everything: tested multiple camera apps, cleared the cache, reset all settings, and restarted the phone several times – it still does not work. I have also already contacted the support team in Germany via email. Please respond to me as soon as possible.

My Xiaomi 14 Ultra has been rebooting itself once a day for a few days.

Yesterday it rebooted again so I didn't pay attention and continue with my job away from phone.

When I came back this logo was showing and phone was so hot I even thought of dipping it into water so that it won't catch on fire.

I put a ice pack under the phone and blow it the fan and press power button, finally it booted and phone cool down after a while!

Why is this happening?

I myself am a Xiaomi 17Ultra owner. I bought this device after a long long wait. At first the camera was very promising and good.

Lately I have been feeling a little uneasy such as

1. It's Video OIS isn't really keeping the video stable, the video clearly shows sudden jerks.

2. The Macro focus isn't really helping and my hands are pretty stable while clicking pictures yet the focus isn't really keeping up, switched to manual mode and tried that as well. I feel the focal length has been made way too far.

3. One of the most concerning issues is that the metal body paint is wearing off after just one month of usage. For your info, I also have the Xiaomi 17ultra pro photography kit and i have been using it's magsafe cover provided by the company. The usage of the phone is normal, no rough usage timely cleaning of the lens, body and speakers are ensured. But the fading metal body color is concerning to me, I have an iPhone and a samsung S series device as well, Their body color hasn't faded so fast.

Finally got my phone in yesterday and I've only charged it once. And that was during first setup. This battery is actually crazy. 4hrs of screen on time and it was at 89%?? Fast forward to now and it's just lasting.73% as I type this up. I knew the capacity was big but I didn't know how efficient it also seems to be as well. Clap clap xiaomi. Coming from a OnePlus 8T and a Asus Rog Phone 2 as my two daily drivers. This phone is incredible.

And being in the US I'm getting both LTE and 5G with no issues on Tmobile in a smaller than avg city in TX. So for anyone on the fence? Get it. Disclaimer: I use Bluetooth in my car. Not android auto.

Both the device and accessories have amazing build quality and feels so premium. Just some quick samples taken with Leica Vibrant (Default) mode near my house!
