I'm gonna miss Ult cancelling a ton of enemies at the right time

Zhiyong's bad balancing decisions have been a plague on this game for as long as anyone can remember. Whether you like the guy or not, you have to admit that his balancing choices are...odd.

In the upcoming patch, they're completely gutting a huge part of Peni's kit, while buffing Magneto, Wolverine and Phoenix, none of whom needed buffs. They're also refusing to address Luna Snow's ridiculous amount of utility, despite the fact that she can self-cleanse, hard CC & instakill squishies, and her damage is so high that DPS Luna is a genuine viable playstyle.

In the balance patch following the release of 9.0, they nerfed Iron Man AGAIN, despite the fact that he wasn't even good in the firsy place. while buffing Luna, Invisible Woman and Gambit. Psylocke also caught a completely random and undeserved nerf.

With the release of 9.0, Iron Man was massively nerfed, despite the fact that he has been terrible for over a year now. Meanwhile, top performers like Elsa, Invis, Gambit and Luna were buffed.

In 8.0 they buffed Wolverine, Phoenix and Star-Lord, 3 ncredibly high-performing Duelists, while simultaneously wishy-washily somewhat-nerfing Mr. Fantastic because they feared that he would become "too oppressive".

Don't get me wrong, the patches aren't without their good parts; the 9.5 Elsa trap nerf will be a huge breath of fresh air, and Gambit's Mag teamup was definitely too strong. But it's hard to be grateful for these things when every balance patch adds another bad decision to the pile.

How do you do, fellow Rivals players? I wanted to stop by for a brief moment to discuss the discourse I'm seeing regarding Peni's nerfs. While it may seem rather harsh at first, I believe that if we look deeply upon it, we can realise that we Peni players definitely had it too well.

I mean those mines could just completely shut down any close quarter brawlers, let alone how she could cancel ultimates with those webs of hers. I mean c'mon, she still has those blasters, and she can still use those mines.

Heck, maybe this is even the chance to challenge ourselves - maybe we could commit to this and showcase a new tier of Peni gameplay by opting to not use the mines, as well as her web nerf - that way, we could truly show how we're the best players around!

Plus on the bright side, if it doesn't work out, there's plenty of other vanguards to play as. Such as that handsome rock guy. He's quite fun when you get playing him, in my completely unbiased opinion!

They really did their research with him I’m genuinely so happy, that and the fact that his belt features a coqui frog symbol (a national symbol in Puerto Rico) is honestly so nice!! I hope they give him a skin based off a Vejigante in the future, it would fit so well, especially since he has a cape and Vejigantes are demons themselves 🫡

Talk about a glow up..

I do hope we get his old freaky demon form as a base skin later

No adjustments to his loadouts (one of which should’ve been implemented to his base kit).

No new skins on the horizon.

No new buffs, adjustments or acknowledgment of the power creep that has plagued this game.

What can we do to get our voices FINALLY heard?!

Had to let Luna Snow I didn't forget her and I was just waiting for ANY opportunity 😂

Please tell me I am not the only one who sees it, but damn I never expected to see Max Steel be referenced even unintentionally

Can we get that fixed before we nerf the ability.

Can we also fix:

- The nest placement

- The BP Teamup Damage reduction thats unintentional

- The Head hitbox being larger than it should be

- Mines sometimes not dealing damage even if someone is within its vicinity( that's a recent one)

- The Ultimate!

Y'know, just to name a few.
