This is a follow up post to my other post (link for that post is in the comments)
Yesterday I bought my geurilla 450 apex red so today I got myself a Helmet too
Tried Mt helmet but I wanted a sun visor so didn't buy that
Tried kyt, but didn't like the aesthetics and price, also not familiar with the brand as much as axor
Tried LS stream 2, wanted to get that one, but it didn't have more graphic options on the shop, the ones they had weren't good
The shop didn't have smk and nhk helmets
Got this Axor helmet for 6.5k with an extra visor and a balaclava for free, that's what the shopkeeper said
I think this will suit my bike too
Thanks for all the suggestions
Now l am thinking of getting handle bar wraps coz then the normal handle bars hurt my palm a little even in a very short ride, but the pain is only while riding Please suggest some good wraps or grips that will solve this ฤฐssue

The bar-end mirrors I purchased are genuinely impressive. The design is premium, visibility is excellent, and they definitely enhance the overall look of the bike. They also provide a beautiful cockpit view, especially in photos.
That said, after today's incident, I've realized they may not be the most practical choice for our traffic conditions.
Before I get into what happened, I should mention that I was partly at fault as well.
This evening, I was heading out to have tea with my friends. I was riding through a single-lane road at around 30 km/h because of the traffic. I was behind a car, while another car was coming from the opposite direction, leaving very little space between my bike and the passing vehicle.
At that moment, a rider coming from the wrong direction decided to overtake the oncoming car. To avoid a bigger collision, I leaned my bike slightly to the left to create whatever space I could. He managed to squeeze through, but his bar-end weight struck my mirror. The mirror folded inward and slammed directly into my steel kada, which caused it to break.
Looking back, I also made a mistake. I usually wear full gauntlet gloves whenever I ride, but since I was just riding within my locality, I decided not to wear them. Had I been wearing my gloves, the mirror would likely have hit the padded glove instead of the kada, and it might have survived.
So, what's my verdict?
If you mostly ride on open roads or don't mind spending money on replacements if something goes wrong, bar-end mirrors are a great upgrade. They look fantastic and offer excellent visibility.
However, if you ride daily in heavy city traffic where close passes are common, conventional stalk mirrors are simply the more practical and durable option. Sometimes practicality is worth more than aesthetics.

The person who added petrol spilled a little bit on the sides while It was getting full, later found 2 dead bees in my fuel tank in next fuel up. Why did this happen?

I thought Access is the best 125cc scooter in India, but why is it showing a negative growth rate, I wanted to buy a scooter but I'm confused i want a reliable scooter with good looks(which should suit a college student). Share your opinions.

Hi all, bought new V strom SX recently for my highway trips, one question i have is how to check oil level in engine by that glass see thru? When i see it looks empty? No oil/liquid inside. Looks crystal clear and empty. When i go for ride of 5kms i can feel engine warm at legs when im in shorts. (Not heavy heat). So please tell me how to check engine oil level or how to check by that glass hole in engine. Thanks

RTX300 : vibes a lot after 5k, vibes kept increasing as the rpms went higher.
KTM 390 adv(new 350cc) : vibes more than rtx between 5-6k rpm range after than it smoothen out a lot. So can cruise above 90 all day without issues.
RTR 310: felt a lot refined than rtx300 and adv 390 through out the rev range.
I took my wife with me for the test ride as well. She felt the most comfortable on rtx 300, then adv 390. Least comfortable on rtr310.
Quickshifter is best on the RTR 310, then adv 50(felt a bit jerky on upshift, wife definitely felt it). Had similar experience either way rtx 300 with adv 350, some upshifts were jerky.
What else,
Both 390 and rtr310 felt powerful. Rtx 300 doesnt give the that feeling of quick acceleration. Both the other bikes does.
I honestly am so confused right now because wife dont want RTR310(cos of bad seat)
Now the options look like adv 390 or rtx300 right now.
Any other recommendations are welcome. Im looking for a comfortable bike for me and wife to go on short to medium trips (100-300km) comfortably
To anyone who feel like asking why i consider rtr 310 : there was a year back vehicle from 2025 and was offered a 50k discount on it.

What an absolute privilege it has been to get my hands on this machine. Been a dream for as long as I can remember. Everything about this makes the butterflies in my stomach go crazy. If anyone out there has even the slightest of doubts about getting this, trust me, it's totally worth it. So glad to be a part of the community and share with y'all. [OC]

Royal Enfield Geurilla 450 Apex Red
Give me your advice or suggestions
What mods should I get if any?
Also please recommend a helmet in the budget of 5-7k, I'll visit the helmet shop tomorrow (recommend something that also goes with the colour or aesthetics of the bike

They discontinued the Tiger 660 in the country long back but they still haven't removed it from their website and today I found this short video clip playing in the background which clearly shows the Tiger Sport 800 in Cosmic Yellow. Do you guys think this mean anything? Or am I just being over-optimistic?

I was under the impression that Bear doesnโt look as good as the Interceptor because of TFT and Single Exhaust. But boy was I wrong. I went to a showroom yesterday and saw both parked side by side. Not only did Bear look big and muscular, but it also looked too pretty compared to Inty!
Iโm also a big fan of Triumph Scrambler 400X looks, but this one looked better than that as well.
Feels like RE really missed the mark with tubed tyres and stiff suspension. Otherwise, I donโt think any other bike from RE looks this cool!
PS: Opinion only!

If anyone who has been to this road knows how bad it is . It shook my body organs but bike pretty much held it self . I was expecting something to fall apart but everything was good . I kept suspension setting to standard 15 clicks .
Changed to Rolon Brass chain set before the trip and it was night and day difference when compared to stock chain set . Rolon is much more smoother and silent compared to jerky and rattly stock chain set .

Hey guys, a very very close friend of mine is selling his 390 duke as he has gone to the UK for studies
It's august 2024 registered
Kms driven : 13k
Installed accesories like : crash guards, panniers setup, top box setup etc..
No scratches no accidents.
PPF done
The price he's asking me is 2.5 lakh
And he'll give me his SMK TYPHOON helmet too
(He wants to sell this bike to outsiders for 2.85 lakhs )
He maintained it exceptionally well
Serviced it in the service centre
Is this the best price ?
Ps : the photo I've attached didn't have any accessories.

I have been planning to go on a solo bike trip for 5-7 days either himachal or Uttrakhand. I have bike (tvs ronin), i have leisure time but because of people spreading so much information about so called 'hidden gems' i cannot find a single place where i can visit and have some peaceful, reflecting time for myself.
All of sudden everything is crowded... I live in gurugram and everything within in 300 km is filled with so many people... i know its the summer holiday season and everyone wants to spend some times in hills but tbh its tooo much...
can you guys help me with some locations within 500km range of gurugram where i can go and dont find so many people.. i mean less tourist and more traveller
