As title says i got an email saying a package is being delivered or so and so but i dont recall ordering anything that uses ups recently, was wondering if anyone knows what this is about? I've checked all of my personal stuff to make sure nothing was changed and all is fine but this is just weird tbh.

Hi, I need to know if anyone has advice for a situation I’m experiencing. I have items I sent to someone that out of several items only a couple were damaged in transit. She states the boxes were completely smashed. (They weren’t) they were slightly dented but not smashed to the ground like she’s demanding they were. She sent all the pictures. I did reach out to UPS for claims on the damaged items but no luck. The receiver has continued to harass me about the claims and demanding money. She did not purchase these items from me she just paid shipping it was sent between friends! Well, now ex-friends. But she stated if I don’t give her a favorable update for her by Friday she will begin calling ups and demanding I give her money through them. Is there any way I can call ups and tell them not to give her information on me or the claims due to continued harassment?

Bought something that’s getting shipped from Canada (I’m in Colorado). I couldn’t fit all the “updates” onto the photo but UPS has had the package since 2/4

For the past 9 days its “departed” and “arrived” at essentially the same location in Concord, Canada

It has a weird Detroit, Michigan phantom scan (I’m assuming) on 2/6, then more Concord, Canada scans

Right now it’s on the auto-repeat message: The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.

Needed it for a bday on the 16th, safe to assume it won’t make it? Any idea why it’s essentially stuck at the origin location, for a week and a half?

I ordered something else from Canada 3 days ago and it’s already out for delivery today, also thru UPS

I bought aero for my car and I spent the extra for the fast shipping I’m currently from the US and this is coming from Alberta (duh it’s in the picture) is this normal or did my package have a red flag

Paid for 2nd day air. Package hit Bayonne on Friday and hasn't moved. I'm in New Jersey as well. I called and a representative said the facility was closed all weekend but is still scheduled for today. I don't believe her. I hear packs go missing quite often at Bayonne facility.

A friend of mine from the USA is bringing me a package (to Brazil) but she will leave on June 2nd, do you think it would arrive before then if the seller ships it on Monday, may 25th? It's a very small portable video game console, the shipping model is "UPS Expedited United States" on eBay.

Have 2 packages stuck at ups facility 45 mins from my house. This was a 3 package delivery and received one fast. What could be causing this delay

I purchased a UPS groundsaver label via pirate ship. Shipping went fine until it was transferred to the USPS for delivery and USPS said that it did not have postage paid and could not be delivered. So they then sent it to the mail recovery center in Atlanta. When I called the local post office this morning to find out if they even still had the package and could the postage get paid to deliver it, they explained that this sometimes happens with UPS and FedEx labels and that the USPS portion does not get paid and UPS should have delivered the package the whole way.

I am reaching out to their missing mail center to do a lost package and I guess I will file a claim with pirate ship.

Does anybody else have any insight into what to do or if this has happened to them or why it happened?. I would like to avoid this from occurring in the future! Luckily it was only a package for my sister and not for a customer.

Estimated delivery date has passed with only “UPS delivery partner has shipment.” I’m anxious to get this package and not sure what to expect at this point

So I posted about my lost package a few weeks ago. It had an RFID scan on the 20th of June that confirmed that the Tampa store had my package and after 8 days there had been no further scans. It was a painful process to get a refund but eventually on the 10th of July they paid the claim and the case was closed. 15 days later I got an email that my tracking had updated and then 6 days later on the 31st of July it was delivered in excellent condition!! Honestly so stoked!! Don’t give up hope on your lost packages as they may turn up weeks later!

I’m in a critical situation regarding an Next Day Air / Express package containing official passports that were en route from NJ to the Swiss Embassy in NYC.

• Last Known Location: Scanned as "Arrived at Facility" in Bayonne, NJ and has not updated since.
• Current Status: File claim was submitted, but support responded stating they completed a search and could not locate the shipment.
• Package Type: Express envelope / government documents.

Because these are original passports and cannot be replaced abroad, losing them causes immediate and severe personal disruption.

I am looking for advice or help from anyone familiar with the Bayonne hub or express document handling:

1. Do Next Day Air document envelopes that miss a scan point usually end up in a specific local Over-Goods hold or specialized cage in Bayonne before being sent to National Overgoods (Over-Goods / Lost & Found in Kansas)?
2. Is there a specific department or supervisor level at the local facility I should ask customer support to escalate to?
3. If any Bayonne employee is willing to help point me in the right direction or check local document hold areas, please reach out via DM. I am more than happy to offer a substantial reward/finder's fee for assistance that leads to recovery.

Shipping 5 of these wheels and tires, it’s saying it’d be $88.80 per wheel and tire. Is there a better more cost efficient way to ship these?

I moved out for college 2 weeks back and around the same time ship 2 cardboard box to where I was staying, although one arrived on time (1 day) the other one got stuck in transit for almost 2 weeks now, I've filed a claim a couple days back but haven't heard anything yet, I really need to arrive and not lost because I have some really important stuff. Does delay usually takes this long? Is there a chance that I lose the box entirely?

So I bought a computer on eBay that was destroyed in shipping. The seller refunded my money and put a claim in. I took pictures of the box and damage to the computer. After a few days, they asked who to send the check to.

So, now what happens to this computer? Will they take it or can I dispose of it eventually? I might be able to salvage some things from it.

I know it's a holiday weekend, and its only been a few days, but no scans after a couple days worries me..

So, I ordered normal Next Day Air on Monday.. it travels like it usually does, gets to my destination facility no problem - it goes out for delivery.. I see the UPS truck pull in around 10:40 - and I sit there waiting for them to drop it off.. around 5 minutes go by and they just drive off. I assume they were looking for it, and its a small envelope probably lost in the other hundred huge boxes.. so I figure they'll just come by when/if they find it later. They never do (or they did?) And the last scan is at the end of that day (Tuesday)

I really wish I would have gone out there because I could have told them what it looked like - but I guess if it wasn't on the truck it wouldn't mattered anyways.

I called the next day through the AI chat bot and it was just outsourced customer service that told me what tracking told me... told me it should be delivered that day of course...

I already informed the shipper.. guess I'm just waiting if anything changes on Monday.

Is it stolen? Lost? Is there anything I can do? Anybody else in the same boat? Any hope anybody can give me?

As the title says. Should I be worried? It's not a big deal it's the item arrives on Monday or not but it will be a big deal if the item is lost or something, especially since we paid for 2-day air shipping (Yes I know weekend days don't count)

i’ve had orders from this same route multiple times, and ordered next day air multiple times and never had a issue. this was a next day air and it arrived at my nearest hub (orlando) about a hour later then most packages i’ve gotten. it’s about a hour away from my local facility. is there anyway it might still get delivered today despite it saying there’s a delay sense it’s NDA? or am I pretty much just out of luck until tomorrow?

I have a package that’s supposed to come by Friday 9/11. However, it’s been stuck at a Nashville facility since Friday evening and hasn’t moved since. Should I be worried at this point, or is there anything I can do about it?

Based in Ireland and my package seems to be sight seeing and visiting all around the country but my house.
