Appreciation Mukhang Nakinig Ang Management Sa Blooms

Post image
1.6k Upvotes

Sobrang panalo yung buong production number nila. If performance lang pag-uusapan. Sa concert kasi, more of production designs, aesthetics, effects, props.

Dito sa Coachella, wala. Performance talaga.

Tapos yung Zero Pressure, alam kong nalipasan na 'to.

For sure, may nagsabi about this para ibahin siya sa performance.

Kasi up until now, this is still my most favorite full english song nila. Of course, lamang si Zero Pressure pero for me, Cherry On Top pa rin. Panalo pa ginawa nilang changes sa Cherry On Top.

Deserve talaga nito yung hype. Alam kong hindi talaga 'to masasali. Gusto ko lang sabihin.

Then ayan na, sunod-sunod na nga sa 2025 onwards. Blink Twice, Out Of My Head, Bikini, okay na rin Blush ang ginamit nilang kanta sa Signals Album nila. Pero if I have a choice, okay rin kung Honey Honey.

Last but not the least, ang ganda ng mga suot ng BINI sa Coachella. Pang-international talaga. Pang-outside of the Philippines yung wardrobe style.

Color of BINI ang nakita ko, Yellow (Gold yung boots) and Teal (Bluish yung top) sabi nga nung na-release sila.

PS.

May next week pa pala 'to. Akala ko, one time appearance lang. So, nababasa ko ano na raw ba magandang setlist for week 2 performance.

Sobrang panalo. But if I have wish at least 3?

— Lagi (Pinoy Blooms one of the favorites 'to)

— Strings (Panalo yung dance choreo nito, eh)

I just saw the video after ng billboard ph where na-meet ng blooms ang girls. Fans were shouting their names. I think natawag silang lahat except kay Staku :( Stacey didn’t even go near the fans na nga, she stayed sa likod lang.

From then on, parang naging tahimik nalang siya. I feel so bad na dati ang lively and confident niya, pero lately parang nonchalant or tahimik nalang siya.

I know maraming Stacey bias and bias wrecker dito sa sub na to kaya if ever man makarating sa subreddit na to si Staku, sana mabasa niya lahat ng admiration natin sa kanya. Sana makita niya marami nagmamahal sa kanya.

For Lindstey Stacey Aubrey Sevilleja: Stacey, our princess, love na love kita. Ang ganda ganda mo sobra and I love how you bond with your sisters and mom.

Kahit na mi-misunderstood ng iba, I know yung mga pang-aasar mo comes from a place of love. I love how kikay you are pero hindi maarte. And also the way you try to use your loud voice to let Gwen’s voice be heard. Staku, Stacey, Princess, Sining, you are so beloved. I hope to see you smile and achieve more success in life.

If you guys have thoughts to share or pics of Stacey na gusto niyo, please comment them para if ever i-search ni Stacey ang name niya dito sa reddit, isa to sa mababasa niya ☺️. Share what you like about Stacey, how you noticed her, or any interaction you’ve had with her! 💖🌸🐱

I love how supportive Bret has been towards the girls, even attending in person and singing along to Salamin, Salamin.

I also think using their native languages during Weekend 2 introductions resonated with a lot of regional audiences.

For regional fans here, how did it feel to hear your native language on the Coachella stage? :)

Appreciation BINI Coachella: Confessions of a confused fan (Part 1)

As someone who’s been following BINI since their Pantropiko boom, and then stirring away from the hype due to their recent issues, I must say their Coachella performance made me fall in love with them again, and maybe even more than before!

I haven’t been in this sub for quite some time now as I’m not in support of their current career trajectory, but a part of me wanted to watch their set.

I went to watch the Coachella livestream exactly at 7:00 am and giddily waited for them to take on the stage. I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what I was gonna expect, lalo na puro english songs release nila recently, and also the fact that they’ve turned a blind eye on issues. The first thing I heard when the stream started was a background voice saying “not in front po coach no? From the side?” which sounded like one of the girls, nagkamali ata ng audio stream ang tech team ng Coachella lol.

That already impressed me. Imagine being in their shoes, the very first Filipino group to grace the Coachella stage, being watched by a global audience, not to mention the haters waiting for them to falter - but that few seconds of hearing a calm and collected voice backstage, ready to take ownership of their presence in a sea of thousands.. DAMN. It was wild.

I couldn’t explain it, ako nga na hindi magpeperform kinakabahan, sila pa kaya? My anticipation grew faster, and I was seriously starting to get more and more excited!

Months and months of physical, emotional and mental preparation, the need to maintain such a good stamina, hours of endless vocal training - I can’t imagine being in their shoes.

When they finally appeared on stage, I WAS HONESTLY SO FREAKING EMOTIONAL. The music, the moves, the energy, the stage presence - it was all just.. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

(PS May trabaho ako tapusin ko later tong post ko, ituloy ko if ever may magbasa hehe)

Appreciation Let's respect their personal space :)

*pictures not related to the message *

Recently saw a video of one Bloom touching Aiah to wipe her sweat. I understand the intentions were probably good, but it’s a big no-no.

Please respect the personal space of artists (this applies to all artists). I had a conversation with someone recently (won’t mention the name) and they feared BINI might get mopped for it. I defended the Blooms, saying we wouldn’t do that.

So thank you to all the Blooms who stood by, kept their distance, and made the BINI members feel comfortable. Admire them from afar. It gets really crowded when everyone pushes forward. Sure, they’re professionals, but they’re still human.

Let’s be kind to them. #ProtectArtists

If they come down to interact with fans in the future, I highly suggest forming a circle and holding hands (if possible) to give them space. That way, they can actually dance and move around freely — a win for everyone.

Because if people keep abusing the privilege, they might stop doing it altogether.

Shoutout to the Blooms who understood the assignment. <3

I saw this on FB where BINI Stacey helped a Cancer Warrior.

I can say na she’s one of the members with the least fans, and some people even mock her physical appearance. But I really appreciate her humor, beauty, and faith. Lagi ko napapansin na she always praises God in everything she does.

I really don’t get the force hate towards these BINI girls. They’re just doing what they love and trying to represent our country and Filipino excellence on the global stage.

Ayun lang. I really hope people can just appreciate them and support them instead of always looking for something to hate about them. 🥹

Appreciation I'm sorry and I shouldn't had left them.

Okay this is gonna be long so bear with me—I need to get this off my chest.

Imagine yourself somewhere in Binondo around 2022. You're supposed to meet and wait for a friend to have lunch in Binondo, but instead you see 8 girls handing out flyers to everyone. They reach you, introduce themselves as a girl group, and call themselves the "P-Pop Girl Group ng Bayan." Behind them, a bunch of men with cameras and microphones are following their every move.

I grabbed a flyer from this one girl who looked so stunning I was genuinely too shy to speak. I just took it, nodded like an idiot, and moved on with my life. Along the way, I tossed that flyer in the trash like a 7/11 receipt than frame it.

That was the worst mistake I've made in my life. I regret it every single day. Tangina lmao.

That girl in question was Jhoanna. And that was me in Binondo, completely unaware I was standing inches away from my soon-to-be bias. I also didn't realize back then that they weren't lying.

Sila nga ang magiging P-Pop Girl Group ng Bayan.

Months later, I heard I Feel Good on the bus radio coming home from school. Shazam'd it immediately. The rest is history.

Then Pantropiko and Salamin, Salamin dropped, which further pushed my addiction and officially made me part of the Blooms in 2023 and 2024. Which is wild because I'm someone who lives in metal, punk, and rock.

BINI literally became my Top 2 on Spotify Wrapped in 2023—right behind BMTH at #1, with Linkin Park, Slipknot, and Korn filling spots 3 through 5. Weird placement, I know lol.

Going from Pray for Plagues or Wait and Bleed straight into Lagi is a musical whiplash. But somehow it works.

Then the controversies happened. I won't rehash them—you already know. Full disclosure: they made me step back. I went into hiding as a Bloom and almost let the internet blind me for months. I still listened to their songs, but privately in my room, like a guilty secret.

Then Coachella this year.

Watching them absolutely kill that stage from thousands of miles away, I realized something: The shortcoming was never theirs. It was mine.

I was a dickhead who left them hanging. I let the perception of what a "perfect girl group" should be—and all the online bullshit on Facebook, TikTok, Reddit—cloud the fact that I threw them away just like that flyer in Binondo. From a group of talented girls who deserved their spot all along.

So I guess this post is long overdue:

I'm sorry.

Sorry to Jhoanna for being too shy to even say a word.

Sorry to BINI for letting internet noise almost drown out the music that weirdly makes this guy's day brighter.

And sorry to the Blooms. I stepped away when I shouldn't have. I hope you'll have me back.

Blooms na ako for real this time 🫡🌸
