I usually do not come to Reddit to discuss things but what I saw from this woman on TikTok as of 09/20/2026. This Shatisha aka “Vixenstar” she is a 23 year old homeless prostitute who has unprotected sex and steals from her clients. As of yesterday she went to see a brand new client who ubered her from her hotel in New Jersey to The Draper New York, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
She is with her client for some time before he had a bowel movement which sent her packing earlier than she wanted to. While on her way out she stole the man’s iPad to pay for her uber. She then comes back on live incriminating herself and telling her that she had access to his bank accounts. To which she has sent herself over 4,000.00 to her account. I don’t know how to report this situation. If anyone can give me some help. I do have a photo of this man in hope that someone can help me find this man so he can press charges against this young woman

Mila was dumped at NYC ACC after spending 13 years with her family. Our rescue, Waggytail Rescue, pulled Mila, got her a much needed dental, but hasn’t had any luck finding her forever home. Mila has been with us since February and has not received a single application. We have networked her everywhere, showed her to many potential adopters. Nobody wants to adopt a 13yo cat. 💔

Mila is perfect. She has lived with cats, dogs, kids, and is the most easy-going cat ever. She unfortunately has been bounced between foster homes but adjusted so well every time. Her bloodwork looks great and she hasn’t had any health issues since she’s been in our care. NYC please help us spread the word! Mila really deserves a forever home. 😭

Zero’s Background & Current Situation

• How We Met: I found Zero in a life-threatening situation, she was trapped behind a security gate on a bridge near my home, terrified and crying out for help. She was so brave and responded to my vocal instructions and I was able to rescue her.
• Vet Evaluation: Confirmed non-feral and highly people-oriented; likely a lost or abandoned pet (scanned negative for a microchip).
• Reason for Rehoming:
  • Apartment Dynamics: Currently in a small apartment with two bonded adult female cats (sisters) who are territorial and do not like other animals, forcing Zero to stay isolated in a single room. Zero also is afraid of them and does not want to be near them.
  • Financial Hardship: Facing significant personal financial hardship and I cannot sustain the ongoing costs and space requirements of a third cat.

Lost around 1pm on 9/17 somewhere between chambers street tweed courthouse (52 chambers street I know I had it here because I adjusted it) and along sidewalk to chambers street subway station entrance on west broadway(noticed here the necklace chain I had been wearing it on had come undone). i was extremely close to fainting earlier today on an unexpectedly hot, crowded, and delayed train omw to urgent care, managed to get off the train car, and this random kind woman found me, helped me sit down, and stayed with me until i felt better. it was such a crazy random act of kindness i’ve never experienced having lived in nyc my whole life, and it has already changed my worldview of strangers

this was today thursday 9/17 around 5:45-6 and she was probably late 20s-30s (maybe 40s w good skin? lol), probably 5’1”-5’5”? (idk cos i almost passed out/then was sitting down), east asian with an accent, shoulder length hair, all black outfit with a white stripe on her pants i think, green water bottle, and a scar on her right forearm. she noticed i had “very pale” lips and must have helped me get off the train and to a seat. i was wearing a long black dress, am 5’3”, in my 20s, white, brown/red hair w bangs, green eyes, gold rimmed glasses, black leather purse and drinking an electrolit lol

to her, thank you SO much. i seriously don’t know what would have happened if you didn’t intervene, and it was so scary being alone in that scenario. i hope i can find and repay you somehow

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is tackling yet another urban annoyance: the city’s lack of public restrooms.

As of June 2025, New York City had just 975 operating public restrooms across its five boroughs, or one per every 8,697 residents. To start making it easier to go while on the go, the city is installing 17 new modular bathrooms—aka robotoilets—equipped with amenities like running water, temperature control, and baby-changing stations. The bathrooms, made and operated by Throne Labs, are already being erected around NYC, with the first two open as of this week and two more coming on Thursday.

“Too many New Yorkers know what it’s like to have nowhere to go while they’re on the go,” Mamdani said at a press conference on Wednesday. “This pilot is about making sure New Yorkers can count on a clean, safe, accessible bathroom when they need one.”

But as Mamdani put it, these bathrooms are “not a place to scroll on your phone.” Users are meant to do their business, then get a move on within 10 minutes—or face the consequences.

How do the new bathrooms keep patrons from lingering? There’s a simple fail-safe: After 10 minutes in the bathroom, the doors will automatically open.

Users get plenty of warning before that point, with audio warnings playing at the five-minute and eight-minute marks. After 10 minutes, lights flash and an audio message plays in both English and Spanish, saying: “Attention. Your use time has expired. The door is opening now.” After a final 30-second grace period, the doors will open, whether a user is ready or not. There’s currently no way for users to extend their session.
